Bought 3 of these, all have touch issues.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've had the tablets for just over a year now, they were amazing at the start, but after 7 months, started to have issues with touch not being accurate, sometimes you have to click on something several times before it registers. Samsung didn't seem to care. Love the size, the screen, the 128GB is really nice, but unfortunately the touch issues take away from the overall score.

First-time tablet owner, really impressed with it

We bought the Samsung because my wife owns a Samsung phone. It was really easy to switch everything over from the phone to the tablet. We've had no trouble with the tablet at all it was easy to set up. We liked it so much I went out and bought another one for myself.

Having such a small bevel makes it easy to interrupt things or trigger stuff from the edges easily. Knowing that I pay attention and I still love the device. Sometimes tapping the screen seems a bit slow to respond. All in all a good value.

Fast to boot up, fast downloads and immediately updated to Android 10. USB Type-C connector on supplied charger is part of high-speed charging. This tablet exceeds my expectation, and the Best Buy price and free next day delivery made my choice of where to purchase a very easy one.

Awesome little tablet that looks and sound amazing

The first tablet I got, the display was perfect, the sound was amazing, but it had an issue with the WIFI, it would drop the connection while other devices connected to the same network would continue to work fine. The second tablet I got, the WIFI issue was minimal, the display had a red bais tint, and the speakers sounded really bad. Conclusion, this devices seems to suffer from quality assurance issues, if you are lucky to get a good one you will love it, but if you don't get a perfect one, try again, the next one might be better, or see if you can live with the defect from the first one because the second one might be worse. I wish I had kept the first one I got because it had a perfect color calibrated display and the speakers sounded amazing, it would drop WIFI connection often, but when it stayed connected, the experience was magical.
