My son loves his new tablet. Easy to set up and play

Works great! I got a tablet from Verizon and took it back after two weeks. This is much nicer and feels and operates like my Note 9. Not surprising with them both being Samsung products but a pleasant surprise for my skeptical attitude towards tablets.

It's good for me because I don't do a lot on it. I mostly search the web and check emails, wish it had more ram.

Tablet is good. It's a tablet. And it comes with an antivirus software download, but something happens with the ordering process that was strange. In order to actually order the tablet I had to refuse the download because without a tablet I could not get it. How do I download software to a tablet I don't yet have. I still have not figured out how to get the software now that I have the tablet. There is something very wrong with the order process.

Wow!! What a great little tablet- definitely gives the Apple iPad a run for its money. So many great things about his tablet. May even have to buy one for myself!! Love the fact that the home button is under the screen. Also has many great installed programs. Great for both games and home schooling.

Works well, nice device. Has enough memory for daily use.

MY OLD SAMSUNG WAS GETTING SLOW, THIS WAS AN UPDATE, MUCH FASTER LOADING, MORE RESPOSIVE.

I so needed a new tablet and so happy with my new Samsung 10.1 tab A. Does exactly what I need to do with emails,apps,games, and everything else you can ever think of. Has front and rear cameras and I can down load books and music watch movies, whatever I want with it. Very happy!!!!!!

As we were preparing to purchase this particular tablet, we had looked at other outlets to buy. And when we looked at Best Buy, thanks to the advice of my daughter, we found that Best Buy was a better price for the exact model that we were looking for. Great Deal. Thank You

Bought this for my wife to use with her Cricut machine. The drawing capability with the Cricut app is pretty fancy. It really helps her designing capabilities. She also uses it for her email and internet access so it was a Win-Win!

I bought this open box to save some money. Little did I know before buying, that Samsung has a protective measure from Factory Resetting without the previous accounts password. I spent 3 days calling different Best Buy Geek Squad people to get me a password which no one had. I then had to ship the tablet out to Samsung to reset it for me which was another 3 weeks. Tablet works fine now, but why was this not caught beforehand?

I went to best buy to purchase this tablet ( open box one)and my local store didn't have any. Citrus Park store stated they some in stocks. I dealt with a manager. He gave me a great deal for the fact that I drove from Clearwater to Citrus Park in Tampa. Love this tablet.

Purchased this tablet on sale. At this price range it's a great budget tablet that can do most general features. Plenty of internal storage space for several apps. There is also external storage slot for a micro SD for you to store things like photos, videos, music.

Got this to replace an older Kindle and I love it. I have become a great fan of Samsung, their products are always great for me! I have also become a fan of Best Buy, as the products come with great packaging, and arrive very quickly. Happy with this purchase.
