Quality gone downhill since Galaxy Note 7!

I have been using Samsung since Galaxy S3 up until S7 and Note 7 when my phone battery gets extremely hot that caused the battery swelling. I have switched over to Oneplus and LG. After many years, I decided to give Samsung another try and this tablet disappointed me again with its glitches and so so battery life. I have bought my mom a Samsung Tab A 8 inches 2 years ago and the tablet only lasted little over 1 year and the whole screen just froze after it was turned on. Furthermore, the SD card slot never worked after I have sent it back to the manufacturer twice and I decided to give up. Their RMA service is a joke! I will not buy this tablet at full price.
