Some disappointing features

I loved the first and changed only because I needed more storage. The Tab A has the home and back "keys" on the screen and I find this a real problem. One app I use gets messed up every time I get near the bottom of the screen. Otherwise it is about the same and is OK.

Apps won't download or work properly.

My reading app preference is Kindle and I prefer a tablet with Android processing. This is my second Samsung Tab A (2019) tablet in less than a month. I returned the first one due to connectivity issues and the fact that I can't download any Kindle books. They just stay in "queue". I'm having the same issues with the second tablet. Internet connection is great unless you want to open an app store, either Samsung's or Google's, or download a book from Kindle. I have now learned that the issue with Kindle is a known issue that neither Amazon nor Samsung want to take responsibility for. I will be taking this tablet back this weekend. I have no idea what I will get but it won't be another Samsung.
