Personally I like my 8 yr. old I Pad better than this new tablet. I will keep it but am disappointed.

Use it timer in garage gym and watching YouTube videos. For the price I would go back and get an iPad. Like I said, does what I need it to.

Starting to act up

Resolution Too Low, Etc.

WRONG! I didn't do my homework before I purchased this device, and I ended up being very disappointed. The first thing I noticed was that the resolution is lower than the Nexus. Then I found out that it doesn't have a gyroscope sensor like the Nexus, which was a second deal breaker for me. I use an augmented reality app which requires the gyroscope in order to work. I ended up returning it, and, after much research, I purchased an iPad Mini which was the only one of the smaller tablets that had what I wanted.

Wonderful Tablet but missing promised cover

This order offered a "free" book cover folio case. Did not come with tablet. I contacted BB via phone, waited 1 hr. 14 min. for a rep and after 39 min. on phone, he (Phillip) disconnected the call. Went to Lady Lake store and rep (Christina) said the order was placed on-line and delivered to my home so the store was "not involved" and could not resolve the missing case. I have the paperwork that states the cover was included in the purchase. BB does not offer customers an "up the ladder" process to resolve problems.
