My mom wanted a tablet. She's familiar with Android. This was a great deal. It's big enough for her. I haven't used a Samsung phone in years and this new UI is terrific and very much improved. Can't complain about space but it would have been better if it came with 64gb instead of 32 gb. Only complaint from her is the internet seems to drop and she loses connection when watching youtube videos. It keeps spinning and she cannot figure on her own. Also, I read everywhere that the Android has been updated to 10.0 but I'm stuck on 9.0 and it will not update. Haven't been able to figure out how to get it to update.

This work so well, bought it for my 6yr old nephew. I ended up buying another for my mom.
