Tab Ok but could be better

The touch screen is working with a gentle touch. We are literally hitting the screen hard to get it to accept the entry. Even after adjusting the touch sensitivity in settings it is still not working as it should. We bought a stylus thinking that might help but we are banging that one screen also. The overall tablet features are good and are synced with her phone.
