Due to the corona virus, cannot go into Best Buy to have them do it for me. Tried contacting Best Buy & haven't been able to get ahold of on line tech to help.

Can someone please tell me what to do with my old one??? I also liked the Customer Service I recieved while waiting to purchase said Tablet.
