Setup took a little longer than expected but well worth the wait. Fast, smooth, beautiful screen, great sound quality! Incredibly light and comfortable to hold. Very nice fit and finish. Can't believe how good this runs, especially at this price point!

I purchased this tablet to help stay on-top of management tasks at a smaller nonprofit organization running Google's G-Suite. Great tablet for its price - fast and easy to use. When paired with the latest operating system and Google Device Policy, the "Work Profile" option is perfect for keeping business email and applications separate from my personal account. Ability to expand storage with MicroSD, and perfect size make this a great purchase!

This tablet is great. Camera was better than I expected. Pics are great. It’s not as good as the camera on my iPhone but good non the less. It also records in 1080P which is high def. You can pay more for the model that records in 4K but I have that on my phone. Plenty of apps to choose from, expandable storage, and processor is a decent speed. Display screen is nice and you can’t beat the price at less than $180 with the holiday sale. This is not the best Samsung tablet on the market but it fits my needs perfectly. If you are looking for great value for your money with decent bells and whistles then this is the tablet for you. We also have Samsung TV’s and a Samsung Smart Hub Fridge and the tablet is compatible with both. 10’ display is nice so you can watch movies or videos and the audio is great for the price. The more expensive Samsung, iPad, and Surface models have better audio but this tablet gets the job done. One last thing. No need to try comparing this tablet to iPads or Surface. There is no comparison. The thing I like about Samsung is their entry level tablets are decent and they are a great value. I do think iPads are better overall but for less than $180 you simply cannot beat the value here. The new Entry level iPads are approx $329 - $399. Microsoft Surface Tablets start at $399 and go up to $1450. I agree Apple and Microsoft are better but if you only need a basic table then this is a no brainer. Get this tablet and you will not be disappointed. If you need a more advanced tablet get the iPad or Surface, if you need a tablet for casual use like most people unless you want a slightly better camera this is the way to go.

The Tab A is exactly what it aims to be, a thoroughly adequate tab for around $200. Although at 32 MB it is lacking somewhat in memory. This is easily solved by purchasing a micro SD card in sizes up to 512 MB for well under $100. The screen resolution is good not great but well in line for the cost. The camera as well is good as Samsung cameras tend to be and fairly basic. The sound is surprisingly good and the Tab A is fairly light and thin. The battery life is good, once again not great but is better than one would expect for the price. Superior to it's competitors in all respects at it's price point it's been a no regret purchase.

I bought this tablet in 2020 and it's 2024 now and the tablet still hold amazingly. Everything still works sure I am not receiving anymore software updates but it's okay.

The tablet boots up quickly and is very responsive. It has the normal Google bells and whistles that you'd expect with a new tablet. With 32 Gb onboard, there is ample room for most apps and documents but you can also add a MicroSD card for more storage. The display is very nice, even nicely visible outside (see the attached picture!) with a nicely responsive touchscreen (my biggest gripe on cheap tablets). The performance is well on par with my friend's iPad Mini 4 despite the Mini being equipped with a better processor. The battery life is very nice as well. I left this at a client site over a weekend, and it was still at 35% battery when I picked it up on Monday. s. Pros: - Nice display with great color and resolution - Very responsive touchscreen - Lots of options for fitted cases (I highly recommend the Rantice rugged case) - Very nice build quality - Great battery life

I bought this 2019 Tab A to replace an aging Ipad. The old Ipad was very slow and I couldn't update it to the newer IOS versions, so there were apps I wanted but couldn't have. I have set up the home screen exactly the way I have my Note9, which makes it very easy for me to use. This tablet is very fast and has great color and great resolution. After 16 years, I recently quit my subscription with Directv and went to Hulu. That has saved me over $50 a month. With this new tablet, I can watch tv anywhere I have a wifi signal, so it has opened up a lot of possibilities. I use this tablet daily and after a month of ownership, I can honestly say I would purchase it again. I would definitely recommend having a cover on it to protect it from breakage as it is slippery to hold and use without a cover. The day I bought mine at Best Buy, I got online on Amazon and ordered a couple of covers. If you are hesitant to pull the trigger on a tablet purchase, this is the one to buy!

My old Samsung tablet died almost a year ago and I finally upgraded to a 10" - Love the bigger size. The picture quality is so clear. It is speedy. As I have not had it very long, it is too soon for me to say it the memory is sufficient for my needs. Very easy to set up and load apps. I mostly used it for reading e-mail, social media, and reading articles on the web - it is great for that. Toggling back and forth between apps could be more user friendly, but it is not that big of a deal. It holds the charge well and charges quickly. My only complaint is the sound quality- sometimes it is great-other times it sounds muffled and muted though the volume is up. That is the only reason why it didn't get 5 stars.

I recently bought my tab a tablet and so far it has been easy to use easy to find the things that I need to find an easy to operate. The battery stays charged excellent. It seems to hold a charge real good also. My son uses it also, and he is an 11 year old boy with Down Syndrome. He can use it better than I can. It has a good clear picture it's bright enough to see. It's not too heavy to carry around with you. And Best Buy gave me great service when I bought it. It is just a great all-around tablet for the money

Never thought I would ever want it like a tablet. Had some cheaper brands before and didn't like them. My phone was much better. I wanted a larger screen so I decided to try a tablet so I bought this one. I love it! Great looking screen, super easy to set up, sound is very good, very long battery life. I was streaming on it for probably 6 continuous hours and when I turned it off, I still had 43,% battery life left. Great tablet!

I've had it about 2 weeks now, and its it's definitely a solid upgrade from my 2013 LG Gpad. Battery life is plenty good. Gets me through 2 full days of pretty heavy use before I charge up around 40%. Things are plenty quick to load like videos and web browsing. Screen gets crazy bright. My house stays pretty dark, I haven't needed to turn it up past maybe 20% much. Charges quickly. Runs smoothly with minimal bugs. Bluetooth work good. Love the headphone jack. Built in speakers sound surprisingly great. The problem is that it is a brand new device, with brand new software android 9.0 and Samsung 1.0 ONE UI so while it is quite smooth and sharp, I feel it could be better and it maybe will get better after a few updates. There is some lag and stutter here and there. And a lot of apps are not fully supporting this tablet yet, it even warns you before downloading apps from the Play Store. The only problem I've come across with that is things sometimes look blown up and pixelized to try and fit the large screen. Other than that no serious problems operation wise. Mostly cosmetic stuff that, again, should get fixed with updates over time. Over all it's a pretty flawless working tablet so far. Hopefully Samsung sends some updates it's way to round things out. I'm sure they will.

Bought this for my husband who uses it for gaming. He loves it. If you are familiar with Samsung products then you will find it easy to use, or has many of the same features. The screen is great for app games and watching videos. The price was fair. I think it's a little heavy but other than that it's a great tablet and seems to charge fast. This Samsung tablet is 100 better than my fire tablet. Faster and much easier to get the apps you want from Google rather than the Amazon store.

I usually don't give 5 star reviews, but this is worth it. I bought a keyboard (another poster posted pic already- logitech K480) with it. Pros: Screen, sound quality, size, weight, samsung browser Cons: A) thought I bought black, the color is a dark blue metallic color (still fine for me) B) Not sure if it's me, but I play chess and fruit ninja and feel like I touched a certain spot (usually in fruit ninja) and the fruits aren't touched. C) Syncing and/or app issues- I had to log in to a gmail account for one of my apps, and the gmail account started to send emails to device from that gmail. I thought I set up my emails together (but it must've been via samsung email app). D) Short charging cable - sometimes it says I need to use the official charger ( I just started using my phone charger that has turbo power mode and it charges fine) With all of the cons, I would still give this 5 stars since nothing on Earth is without a hiccup. Money well spent!

Purchased June 23, 2020. Has performed well no lag. Recently the charging port went off track and I'm unable to charge it. Not sure how much it will cost to repair and dont know if it will be worth it.

I really enjoyed this tablet since I've had it is ease-of- use, speed, big screen, and Dolby Atmos sound make it a great tablet for work or play. This tablet can't be beat 4 using different apps such as word or Excel for taking care of business. It really shines for entertainment with playing games or watching movies I think it's one of the best ones I've ever used

I previously had a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet that worked great, after many many years of service, I gave it to my girlfriends daughter that needed one. It will still serve her well, and it was time for me to upgrade. This tablet is lighter, thinner, faster and has a much better looking screen. For the $200.00 price tag, It's a winner in my book.

Got a digiland ($80) for my 5 year old, trying to be cheap. That was a bust, so I purchased this Samsung. It was just what she needed. Easy to use, easy to set up, lots of space, great screen size. It runs very smoothly no matter how much junk she downloads. I would definitely recommend this product.

I LOVE this Tablet! It is the most responsive to touch and very quick to respond that I have ever used. The sound is excellent and so loud that I have to turn it down while using Ear Buds! The speakers are on the front of the Tablet, so if it is in a case, you are still getting the maximum amount of sound. It is great for watching movies and YouTube. I really like how many options for downloading a wide variety of Apps. I Love Android, so it's a good fit for me. It was extremely easy and quick to set up. I had it up and using it within minutes! I don't think that you can ever go wrong with purchasing a Samsung product. I'm happy that I bought it. Best Buy was excellent and very helpful with answering my questions. I'm happy with the quality of the Tablet and with the great service I received at Best Buy. Samsung did a great job on the entire design of this Tablet. I'm very pleased with it.

Plenty fast for average use, plenty of storage for average use (would never get a 16GB tablet nowadays), good looking screen, slim bezels, nice and small and easy to hold for a 10" tablet. Honestly haven't pushed the battery much with how I've been using it so can't speak very well to that. Overall I would absolutely recommend this if you're not looking for an extreme performer for serious professional work. Most people would love this tablet and save hundreds over some other options.

Very thin and light. I have the older model and this one is very easy to use. Takes great pictures also. Fast and love the split screen. Would recommend this tablet for young adults and older adults also.
