Just bought this today for my mom, and i have to say I am impressed. Feels and looks like very good quality. I have a Galaxy Tap S2 and this one feels a lot nicer so far. It's a little heavier because the back is metal instead of plastic like in the S2. Also noticed the home view looks very similar to an IPad. The charger is different than the genetic one. A little wider. I bought a 32 GB SD card to add more storage space. I'm about to download a few extra apps and see how it will performs. I will update later on.

Excellent buy. It came down to the tab a 10.1 or a kindle fire, for my daughter's remote classes. I'm glad I spent a few extra dollars to buy this. The screen is clear and incredibly vibrant and the overall design is sleek. The battery life on it is incredible. We can go days without charging. This thing handles any apps with ease, including her games. Watching movies is a treat with the large clear display and loud ans clear speakers. The only knock, is that of the front facing camera. It's a little grainy, but frankly it's a lot better than the fire hd. This is such a great buy for the money.

What great tablet. If you're looking for a great display and aspect ratio perfect for most hi quality movies and videos this is it. Way cheaper than most tablets with similar specs but doesn't feel or look cheap. Great for reading comics and pdfs as well as gaming can play pubg with no lag in hi quality settings love this tablet only complaint I have is I wish there were more accessories for it.

this tablet is better than I expected. Its inexpensive, fast, nice size, and has a long battery life as well. I don't need to charge it every night. would recommend

PROS: My Son love it. Upgrade 7 year old A tab lol. C type charge is better. 1. Large Internal Storage at 32 GB...Added 128 GB MicroSDXC card lots of Storage left! 2. WiFi...The WiFi is very strong and connected wonderfully to my ATT Router. The WiFi stays strong! 3. Camera and Video are both very good. I took some indoor pictures, outdoor pictures and recorded videos and pictures were vivid and clear. 4. Screen Quality...The screen is very clear with vivid colors. 5. Battery Life...Excellent, I receive a full day with heavy use. Cons: Zero! Even got it on especial with free keyword.

If you need a great priced 10" tablet with great battery life, sound, picture clarity, and features look no further. Apple tablets are way over priced for what you get, so went with this Samsung Tab A tablet. I haven't regretted the purchase one moment. I lime that I could add a keyboard to the tablet for use with work when I am away from my work laptop. I use this to watch movies and live TV with my VPN turn on, surf the web, check emails and online shop. I don't use the camera too often, but it's decent for live chats with friends and family. For the price you can't go wrong.

This is an EXCELLENT Tablet. So fast and has so many features and great clear camera and screen. It has an option for SD Card for more storage if needed!! It is such a great price!!

Purchased this for 93yo father, who has been using an older 8" Galaxy Tab A, but was finding the keyboard getting more difficult to use on the smaller display size. With a 10" Full HD screen (spec = 1920 x 1200), the larger Tab A provides appreciably greater area for both viewing & entering text, and it also seems to provide better sound than the smaller unit. With limited RAM and Internal Storage, this is not a "power user" tablet - but the price reflects that, and having a microSD slot is a nice feature for those wanting to carry music or video content. Unit also ships with Android P (Android 9) which means it is reasonably up-to-date and (presumably - ?) will see Android 10 at some point. Those who have smaller hands, prefer a lighter load - and have better eyes - might prefer an 8" display, but this is a very good general purpose tablet, especially at the price point.

Loved the size and shape of this tablet. Good, clear screen, decent sound even though both speakers are at one end. Responds well to touch and moves fairly quick from app to app. My main criticism was that the tablet would not communicate with my Roku stick in order to use the screen mirroring feature. My 6 year old Tab 3 will do it, but just not that well. I thought this one would be light years ahead of the old one in that respect. Wrong. It found the stick, said "connecting" but never did. Sent the first one back, second was the same. Talked to Samsung tech help both times. Still no connection. Sent the second one back. If you will not be using that feature, then this is a good choice. But, for example, if you want to use zoom on the tablet and cast it to your TV, sorry, at least the two I had would not accomplish that task.

I initially purchased this tablet so that I could do my schoolwork on the go as I just started my Masters of IS degree. Battery life is outstanding even when running batter sucking applications such as Pokemon Go! Tablet outside of a case feels good in the hand as is super thin and lightweight. Picture quality is great when watching online videos although I have not tried anything other than training videos so I cannot vouch for quality on the higher definition videos. Absolutely love the fact that the charger fits in either way so no fumbling like with the older ones (because you invariably always choose the wrong way first lol). The only real complaint I have really is about the charger.. the cord that comes with it is short.. I would have preferred something over 3ft.. but it's not enough of a complaint to take a star off!

I bought this for my nephew whose last tablet froze and never recovered. Moving to Samsung was a great move. This tablet is fast, the battery lasts most of a day (with regular use), stable, and a beautiful screen. As an added gift, I also bought him a 64GB micro SD card. I realized this was overkill and will probably never be used, but it's nice to have the available memory. He took multiple pictures during our visit and posted them to Instagram. At only 8 megapixels, the pictures were clear and detailed (as much as could be expected).

Its super slim and light, gorgeous display, soind is amazing and once you turn on the DOLBY Atmos feature it gives it a surround sound like feel to it. Movies and picture look stunning, processor is fast and snappy. This tablet is good for everything but in my opinion its the best for gaming. Games look awsome and are very responsive, no lag and excellent for games like PUBG, Fornite and more. Plus its better than spending $500.

Easy to use, fast, and good camera. The tablet is also so lightweight. Also has Microsoft Office applications on it. Great value.

This is the second tablet I have purchased. Its a solid tablet that performs well. My previous Samsung tablet was used for over 6 years. No electronics last and still perform after 6 years. I am just as pleased with this one and expect to be using it for the same amount of time. Samsung tablets are the best and while its not the most current model or the fanciest model its perfect for a user who just reads, searches and occasionally plays a game. AND, the price is right!

This is my second Samsung tablet. This one replaced a tab 8.0 which the batteries are not holding a charge due to age. This tablet I recommended to a friend as well and he is very pleased with it also. The tablet is quick and has plenty of memory. I bought the 32 gig model. The large screen is great for the eyes and has good sound so videos play well. It can take a SD card if you wish to expand storage. I would recommend the Gboard for the keyboard instead of the default Samsung keyboard.

We use this for field audits and our mobile time clock. It generally takes a beating, and with the rugged case we purchased, this thing is indestructible and amazing. Our apps are all Android based, but we wouldn't even consider an iPad anyway. Crisp and clear screen, fast as all get out and just the right weight to be able to carry around most of the day. We couldn't be happier with this tablet.

Bought this to replace an old Sony tablet my kid broke. I couldn't be happier. Great price for the tech. Battery is great and Have not had any issues with it crashing or not loading content. I use it for watching my streamed content while gaming or doing other tasks. I use it also for Stadia or other game streaming services and it has worked great. Good screen size also if the family is using all the tv's and I want to watch something different.

My daughter loves that it has a big screen, is a light weight, easy to use and Is fast during online surfing.

Good camera, big screen. Lots of storage. Nice price point. I've always had good luck with Samsung products.

This is the best purchase i have made for myself in a LONG time! I use it daily. Love being able to watch Netflix and Amazon prime movies, and work with apps on a screen i can easily see! Best part (over ipad) is the ability to add additional memory, which i have done. Can't beat it for the price over what an ipad with the amount of storage i have on this. May buy one for my husband to view movies and videos on when he's bored at dialysis.
