This was bought as a gift for a person who stays on her smartphone , but hates computers. This Samsung Tablet is a perfect compromise and holds some advantages over laptops and smartphones. I like the ability to be able to add memory with the micro sd card! I was concerned about the 2 gigs versus the 3 on the 64GB and 128GB models, but so far nothing stutters and movies are flawless. If all you need is a fast performing unit with a clear bright screen with great color to stream Netflix, check email and light browsing; for the money, this is a value that will impress like no other!

This tablet is a nice size. I got a large case for it and have it to my daughter. It's plenty fast enough and had enough memory for her games.

Very happy with this purchase since I was looking to replace my 10 inch Fire tablet. I was tired of the sideloaded Play store and the Fire OS. I typically don't go for Samsung products because I like pure vanilla Google released Android but Android tablets seem to few and far between. After watching and reading many reviews I settled on this tablet. It had all the features I wanted, price was decent and reviews were great. So far I have no issues with it and my only gripe would be it is only 2 GB of RAM but overall I am happy with my purchase.

Great battery life. Has very good picture clearness. Ease of use is good. The sound could be a little louder for my preference. Volume, and on and off switch is located of the side of this tablet. I would recommend.

I recommend this Samsung Galaxy Tab A. It is very lightweight and it is so easy to use. The 10.1 inch screen is very clear.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab A for my sister who was about to buy an Amazon Kindle Fire. She is about to have surgery and wanted to be able to read kindle books, look at email, etc. I didn't want her tied so tightly into the Amazon eco system so I bought her the Galaxy Tab 10.1" and she loves it. It does every thing she wanted including reading Kindle books, plus she can watch Netflix movies, Youtube videos, etc and the sound is about as good as the screen which is much better than the Kindle Fire. Good purchase.

This is an excellent budget tablet! Although it only has 2 GB of RAM, it is capable of running most apps without any issue. Only downfall is that the tablet isn't capable to running multiple apps at once, and will often need to close apps once 3 or more have been opened. Perfect for media and gaming, and can stream YouTube videos in 1080p HD as well. Battery life is excellent for a size of 6150 mAh, and takes about 1.5 hours to charge 40% (if utilizing between 40%-80% charge) with micro USB-C that is included with the tablet.

Purchased this tablet for my girlfriends birthday and she absolutely loved it. It’s fast, has a great screen and camera. Does everything she needs it to do.

I bought this to replace a Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. This is a huge upgrade from that tablet, and it does almost everything great. I wish they would offer this tablet in an 8" package, I like the 10.1 but it is just a little bit large and heavy, not really conducive to one handed use. I also wish it had the ability to wake up when opening a case, not a huge deal, but I was surprised it doesn't have that feature. It didn't specifically state it did in the specs and I wouldn't have made a different purchase had I known, I would still buy and recommend this tablet. The battery lasts quite a while. I use mine mostly for reading and watching videos, for that it works great. The screen is very clear and the speakers sound ok, though they don't get very loud. If there is no background noise the speakers will be just fine, I use bluetooth headphones so it doesn't matter. At the time of purchase, there weren't any in store options for cases or screen protectors, I purchased some very cheap glass protectors and a cheap case from Amazon, they both worked great, there just weren't many options at all. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

The tablet has a nice screen with vivid colors. The battery life is very good. The tablet is very responsive and doesn't lag. Sound is nice.

Love the tab its fast great graphics excellent pictures and battery last a long time every game plays great I would recommend this to anyone

I bought it to replace my Tab 4. It's a good tablet. It has decent speed, fine graphics and it's fairly light weight. The battery is better than the Tab 4 but not as good as Apple tablets. For the price it's a bargain.

Very easy to use was able to log into my Google account and download all my apps and bookmarks. Good quality screen, good sound and battery life

I got this tablet for my 8 year old daughter. I am quite happy the purchase. It's easy to operate, fast, and with a gorgeous screen!

I bought this for my kids and it works awesome the picture is clear the sound is clear its easy to work and set up my kids love it!

I purchased this for my son (11) as he was leaving for a school trip. I also purchased a protective case for obvious reasons! I'd say this is durable, easy to use, battery life is exceptional along with internal storage. The quality of the video and pictures is not a feature you should look forward to. Though this is mostly used by my children and they have no complaints about the quality, if that is a feature that is important I'd recommend a different device. We did use this for zoom school meetings with a better quality outcome than pictures and recorded video.

I got this tablet when it was on sale but after using it for a little while I can say I would have paid full price for it if I had to. It was easy to setup, has got a nice, crisp picture and an awesome battery life. I can easily play all day on it without having to charge it, but even if I do end up having to charge it because I forgot to plug it in overnight it doesn't take long to charge. All around I'm very happy with my purchase and will most likely be going with Samsung from here on out for my tablet needs.

I've been a Galaxy phone user for 6 years now, so let's get that out of the way. I have owned a few iPhones and a couple of iPads in the past. I bought this tab on sale for $99. You cannot beat that price for what you're getting here! And you can easily upgrade the storage space by inserting a micro USB card. When you compare the cost of this to that of an iPad with the screen size, this is a no-brainer! The display is beautiful. The response is exceptional. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
