I have two of the older model Tab A tablets but this new one is heads and shoulders above the older generation. The charge lasts 4 times as long and charges twice as fast. Also the microprocessor must be way faster too as email photos download very quick. The Android operating system it comes with is awesome with lots of handy and useful functions.

I purchased 2, one for my mom (86 years old) and one so I could talk her thru any issues over the phone. It is great, easy to use and I really haven't had to help her with much. It is a nice size, not too small to see and not too big to handle. Comes with a short cord, so may want to purchase a longer micro usb cable if you don't have one already.

I love listening to audio books and I use this everyday.

Great customer service! AMAZING tablet. Battery last me all day and next! I'm some who's in their phone majority of the day since quarantine... And after 8 hrs at least of face book and couple movie and Amazon shopping my tablet is only at 81%. Not to mention storage on her it great too! I don't need to delete apps or pictures for more room! I love it!

This was purchased for my 3 year old granddaughter who is now 4. It has held up to the normal abuse from a 4 year old wonderfully. She had no problem learning to use it and it has worked out perfect. She uses it every day and now a year later have no regrets purchasing it.

Satisfied with my purchase. I am able to cast the video from this Samsung tablet to my Vizio TV. Battery is efficient and lasts long. I am able to plug and play videos from my 256 GB dual micro USB 3.0 flash drive. I have already installed a 64 GB SD card and purchased a protection case for this tablet.

I am basically computer illiterate- Oh, I have a computer and can do basic things but that is about it. I needed to do a video visit with a doctor and my pc of course is not capable, so instead of buying a web cam I opted for a tablet. I could not be happier. This tablet is easy to use and being that my phone is a samsung, I was familiar with the use of the tablet as well. The e visit went off without a hitch and the camera is very good-as well as all of the other features and it did not cost a lot. I recommend the Galaxy Tab A to anyone.

I purchased this tablet to e-read books from the Bucks County Library using the CloudLibrary application from the Google Play Store. The app works with no problems. The size of the tablet is great for reading books. However, it is slippery to hold, so I will need to buy a case, so it does not fall out of my hands.

We bought this tablet as a birthday gift to my 6 year old nephew! It is having a decent processor speed and storage and honestly, I even think for web browsing and surfing type of usage, it can be a good and valuable option!

Solid performance and good built, easy to set up, perfect size.

This is the perfect size tablet for home or travel. The screen is large enough to view games or web sites clearly. The tablet is easy to use and provides a very clear and colorful picture. I would recommend this product highly to my friends.

I resisted replacing my three year old Samsung Nook/Tab A for nearly a year because I was afraid of losing the ease and handiness of the older model. I have owned the 8' Galaxy Tab A for almost a month now, and I really do love it. Double the storage, very easy to use even for a Luddite like me. I'm glad I took the plunge.

I would recommend this tablet as a budget option for anyone needing a small footprint for light duty activites. This Tab A has a good screen and is easy to hold in one hand. The achilles heel is the lack of horsepower under the hood. Ohterwise a handly device at a budget price backed up by Samsung.
