My first tablet. I got this only for my games and so far it works. Not happy since it is not compatible with my phone and can not get the calls on it or do my textings.

Been a delight as a gift for the misses she wants something to use for photos that she can just carry. Excellent for this she's happy it is my second one that I bought

The Galaxy Tab was purchased as a gift. The tablet was exactly as described, there was no problems connecting it to my home network. It handles all of the desired apps.

Love the size and display area. Was originally wanting an iPad mini but for the price and quality, this is totally worth it! Purchasing a case to keep it scratch free.

Bought for my son as a christmas gift i like it but should have went with apple because apple’s operating systems are easier for me to use

Uh put it this way, if your like me and your torn between a Samsung or a Kindle Fire, get the Samsung. There’s tons of reasons why, especially overall quality.

Even with a case the screen broke when son dropped it. Not Samsung's fault, I have 2 Samsung phones and they dont break this easy. If you buy this get the warranty and a better case.

Have occasional issues with touch screen and wifi with certain apps, but this issues were listed as possible by others so I took a chance. Overall still a good item.

This is a perfect little tablet for Zoom calls, casual browsing and emails. Great value. Samsung is a trusted brand for me. Never been disappointed with the quality.

Great little tablets for new users! Bought two of these for my mom and pop and they’re getting used to them and learning how to use them, but they’re loving them.

I am going under the assumption that this tablet is great as after I showed it to my wife, I have never seen it again, and she uses every day. Didn't hear any complaints!!!

Great Tablet, although I literally purchased the device JUST for one use on the side while I work using my phone. Its great. Reliable. And definately recommended.

everything works fine on the tablet. The only problem is the att message app. It will send messages but does not receive messages. I use it because I am not a facebook user

great condition. bought it for my mother and she loves it but she only uses it to watch videos on youtube so I don't know about the quality itself regarding other apps on the device

Delivery in a timely manner, all delivery was good, the packaging was super good, nothing in bad condition, and my purchase was excellent.

Nothing against Best Buy but ever time I get a tablet it has more of the Samsung garbage and try to prioritize all their programs. Just like AOL done years ago and Microsoft now. More and more ads popping up. Getting worse then the greedy lawyer commercials on TV. I remember when the internet was like the wild west. Now it's all about making money, sensationalism and fake news. Almost embarrased to tell someone I watched the news. Now Best Buy is hounding me about stupid tablet.

Awesome purchase. When I want to use my computer but keep it lite this is great whenever I have the arthritis flareup

This is a gift for my wife, she hasn't received it yet. Samsung makes top notch products so we expect it to work like the last one and get a lot of use out of it.

Everything could be a little faster, but overall is great for the price. A bit laggy but did not break the bank. Would buy an updated one.

I bought this tablet for my 4 year old niece for Christmas. This was an upgrade from her Sansung kids edition tablet. It's a good basic tablet. So far no issues.
