Screen performance is horrible. After touching screen, response is extremely slow

I have been a Samsung customer as long as they've been in business. Their products continue to be outstanding and if service is beyond great.

Purchased this for my kid who had no problems using the tablet. Just an FYI make sure you purchase the warranty if you are buying this for a kid.

Im a truck driver, so this tablet is only used for my electronic log book (ELD), that’s why I decided to go with a cheap tablet works good for that but I need to take a picture of the fuel receipts, the camera is horrible, it can’t focus, no flash, picture quality sucks...

Works great and even has a kids mode on the tablet to keep my little guy on kid friend content.. no need to buy a "kids tablet"

Samsung galaxy tablet great value I Purchased Amazon fire and returned it because it wouldn’t let me download Barnes and Noble app.

It has nice processing speed and a colorful display. All you want in a good reliable unit. Not like those cheap garbage other manufacturers.

Great tablet for the value. Bought it for my kids and they love it. The screen is responsive to the touch. Not super but it does its job.

I would recommend this product if you are patient. I was looking for second tablet to transfer files and work. The size is nice, small. BUT, the system to me is too slow. This could be a good tablet if it was not that slow. This allows for very minimal work. If you are just using a few apps, it is okay. I just couldn't get over how slow it was to me.

Cheaper at BJ'S but bought at Best Buy because could be delivered by a certain date. The tablet came 2 days late, should have bought from BJ's.

This is a budget tablet and you get what you pay for. Traditional Android tablet. Great for kids and light users

I like it. It's lightweight and has 4 gb Ram. So that gives it more than the next step down for only $20 more.

I bought it for my child, he liked it a lot, it comes with little storage and I had to buy an external memory to expand more space.

I like it once I learned to maneuver around in it. I’m not use to google. But it’s doing everything I need. I do wish it had a slot for an SD. card.

I have traded from a Galaxy 8.4 that was about 5 years old. This tablet is similar, but took a little time for me to get used to the operating system

So, I have had Galaxy phones for the last many years. Started with an S3 and now I have an S10. I have been very happy with them. I also have Galaxy Tab 3 and a Galacy Tab 4, again, very happy with them. So I bought the galaxy Tab A thinking i would be happy. Absolutely NOT!!! Is is extremely slow. I get so frustrated with it i just want to break it!! It was a total waste of money. It does work, but it terribly slow. even when you touch the screen, it takes several seconds to respond. I do not recommend this model. It is going in the junk pile at my house. When i say slow, i mean you "CLICK" something and it doesn't react, so you think either you didn't click it, or it didnt sense the click and then you click it again, and then a few seconds later it reacts and now you are too far, UHG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Happy Grandson was able to understand within a week after switching from an iPad and was very happy. Found perfect kid case on Amazon.

Disappointed. After a few months of owning this, I'm regretting the purchase. While I am a big fan of Samsung - even own a Samsung phone, this tablet was a let down - and I'm not a heavy user, occasionally playing a small game, check email, browse web, etc. My main issue with this is that it lags - click a button, lag - exit, lag - scroll, etc. I have uninstalled pretty much everything at this point to where it's not even worth it. Battery takes almost all day to charge, the cable is 2.5 ft, so I can't even put it on a desk and plug it in. There is no fingerprint sensor. If you're on the fence, spend a little bit more money to save yourself frustration.
