    I bought this tablet on March 29, 2020. I could not get the tablet set up. It kept asking me for a passcode that I did not have. I took it back to the store and was met curbside and gave me a sheet of paper with the Geek Squad, Customer Service and Samsung on it. I’ve called all the numbers and waited 2 hours 2.30 hours and 1.30 hours to talk to a human only to find out they sent me to the store and while I was waiting after a brief pause it hung up. I would like a refund. Or someone that can help me program this tablet. I realize the virus has things up in the air but I need help with this tablet
