    This review is about Open Box Tablets. If you buy one in this condition, most likely it will be synced to the previous user email account, and at this point you won't be able to do anything. Best Buy should make customers aware of this. Also, Google needs to eliminate such as stupid security application. Me and my wife tried countless videos on YouTube and still couldn't bypass the synced account prompt. Come to find out the only one that can fix it is Samsung. With that said, I had no option but to return it. A shame, because it was for my daughter and she was so excited to use it.
