    I have a Samsung S 10" tablet and a new S20+ phone. I love Samsung products. BUT... I returned the first 8" because the touch screen was impossible to use. This is my second, replacement tablet and the touchscreen is not much better. Some areas of the screen do not work without me having to jab the screen sometimes 4 times. It's not my touch, as I have no problems with any other Samsung products. There is obviously a defect in this product. This is the worst Samsung product I've owned. I'm tempted to back to using my Amazon Fire HD!
