I The is the 2nd one I am getting for my other child. the charging port starts having issues after about 1month+. Now I have to send it back for repairs. the same thing happened with the 1st one but I thought it was just one out of many. This is not for long term or for an adult because you will get frustrated if you use it frequently cos the CHARGING PORT will frustrate you. it will start by you having to twist the charger in several angles to get it to charge and it gets more difficult until you just have to change it for your own sanity.

Great size for using at the gym. Able to download the apps I frequently use. It does seem to be a bit slower in booting up and getting ready to use then my older one but not a huge problem.

The set up for apps has been stuck at 13 out of 37 applications in Google play store, out if 13 installed it says 1 failed, since first day...keeps showing downloading but nothing happens

Was not pleased with this purchase at all tablet runs very slow out of the Box and charging port broke after 2 months. Samsung won't warranty because serial numbers don't match

I paid for a new product but wonder if it was open box as there's a white charger cord and charger and the tablet is black. Have bought many Samsung and the color has always match the item

Cheap and made for kids. Not really serviceable enough for an adult to use unless it’s for basic functionality. Better options for just a little more money.

It wasn’t a bad tablet but unfortunately it was super slow. I had to return it because I needed something faster for school. But if you are wanting a little kids tablet this would be great.

Decent as an entry level but very entry level - feels plasticy - like its going to break soon. Fair resolution and speed - ended up returning since a few dollars more gets you a much better investment.

It was a good tablet till it started to malfunction and didn’t wanna work anymore since it started to give my son problems

The tablet continued to preform software updates for days. I still have not been able to download simple apps like YouTube. I bought two of the same tabs and the other works fine.

It looked great, I read the instructions, got ready to set it up but I could not it was locked! I had to make 3 calls to the BB store, finally got to speak to the geek squad, to make this short, they could not help & told me to bring it in to look at, this I could not do since the store is over 60 miles away now & I do not drive. So I returned it for credit back to my account!

It is okay, but if you updated it to the recent update it will be soooo slow, in general, it is old technology and it takes for ever to do anything on it.

Can't off-load app data to SD card, for many this will be a big disappointment. Note Samsung has customized the android OS a little, not a big deal, may bother some.

Got this tablet for my boy. I wish it had usb c. And the screen is not that nice. It does the job. But, still. Will have to upgrade as my kid grows.

I replaced my old Galaxy S-2 tablet because the old tablet would not hold a charge. Its OK, but harder to use. Would I coco mend it? I'm not sure. I guess it was OK for the money.

Solid tablet, but is a little slow at times. I also like having a real home button like the older models have. It is a good value for the price.

There's no way to disable the guest account. And yes you could just buy the kid version but this was cheaper and it should, in theory at least, grow with them.

I'm disappointed that the SD card can really only be used as supplemental storage, unlike with my Android phone (not Samsung) where the sd card can be used actively by quite a few apps.

This was terribly slow and I returned it. Junk.

Sadly it doesn't work for our purpose. We wanted to use it solely as a TV monitor by running Optimum TV. I works for a few days then fails. I have to delete & reinstall app or reboot both router & modem. That doesn't last for more than a few days. We wind-up using our iPhone which always works. I have contact Optimum several times and still no permanent solution. Don't buy if you use Optimum. It's past the deadline to return. Perhaps Fios TV will work and I'll try that in our new home.
