Very slow and glitchy. About a 2-3 second delay touch response. I bought 4 of these to run SimplyPiano app with digital pianos, and the sound is so buzzy and warbly I literally cannot use them. My iPad works great for this, so I know it is not the app. I deeply regret buying these and wish I would have put the money toward iPads. They are a slight improvement over a Kindle Fire.

I ask for the sales person to set it up for me and it only worked while I was in the store. Once home I could not get it to work

I purchase it to control my Harmony Hub to control my theater room and lighting. It works very well

This tablet is good for children to use for simple tasks such as playing a game or two. This is by no means a work horse, but I expected it to be lag free when transitioning between apps. My cell phone runs quicker than this tablet. There is also an annoying auto adjust feature that brightens or dims the screen when you don't want or need it to. I was taken aback when I noticed this tablet had a micro USB charging connection. Come on, it's 2020 and everything is practically usb C. At $119, you indeed get low end quality. I guess you get what you pay for. Buy at your own risk.

Not as responsive as I would've liked for the price. Battery life could be better. Everything else is okay I guess.

I bought this refurbished and the touchscreen doesn't work too great. I really have to press hard. But for the price its fine.

Lagged a bit so i ended up returning it. May be betyer for someone not looking to run multiple apps at once.

After two years this tablet lacks everything. Even to open a smaller app it takes more time.

A bit slower than i thought it would be. I find myself just using my phone because its faster. Still just use it to watch shows.

It's really not as fast as I expected. There is no icon showing the tablet is thinking. I tap multiple times to make sure it took.

This tablet is abominably slow and lags like crazy. Like, my Nexus 7 tablet from 2013 is faster than this phone, and my S7 is faster than this phone. This is absolutely pathetic. Like, I thought maybe it was a system update or something, or a memory hogging app! Nope, neither. Several restarts and reboots, it still doesn't run at a reasonable speed. I figured maybe since this was on the cheap end there would be a few issues but seriously, I know of cheaper Kindles Fires that run faster than this tablet. If I pay for Samsung I expect a certain higher caliber of it. But I guess clearly when it comes to Android Tablets, it's all a shot in the dark as to usefulness or not. As it's too late to return, I've elected to format the tablet and sell it. May it find a better fate elsewhere.

I was looking for a simple tablet that was capable of using a stylus pen. I was told by the salesperson that this tablet was compatible with the s-pen. However when it arrived it wasn’t. To top it all off they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for returning it. It’s seems to be a good inexpensive tablet but not what I was looking for.

Terribly slow response to any task. It takes way too long after selecting anything on the screen for any app to display

I know it's a cheaper tablet but I expected a smoother experience. A little laggy and not the greatest touch response.

It kept freezing up while I was using it and also when using my relay app it couldn’t maintain or keep up with it

its ok but alot of updates from Samsung. not as fast as i expected

This isn’t the zippiest tablet, but it will run google classroom on it just fine for my 5 year old. Yay e-learning...

Purchased this to replace my daughters older Samsung tablet that she had for over 4 years. A month after having this tablet the screen randomly cracked, requiring me to pay extra $ to get it fixed since this isn't covered in the warranty. Disappointed in the quality of the tablet compared to older versions. For the price of the product, I had higher expectations with Samsung.

Product was good but not best at the price. we may get better tab from Samsung at same price.
