Disappointed

This has been a big disappointment! Movies are blurry which is unacceptable and it’s very slow on loading. Is it possible this wasn’t a new product and instead was refurbished for example? This was a gift for my daughter and I will be returning it.

I bought this for Internet surfing but it is excruciating to work with it. If you want it to watch YouTube or Netflix, it is a good option. The sound quality is good for the price. The quality of the camera is acceptable for video call but not really good.

It is as slow as molasses and doesn't even have Smart View so I cannot mirror what's on my tablet onto the TV. I have a very high-speed internet for my work and this thing is as slow as a turtle. Would not recommend it to anybody. At least it allows me to do my emails.
