It worked as expected on Android 10. It also works on a different device with Android 12. We've bought 3 Tab A (2019) in the past 3 months to do troubleshooting. Our app developers, firmware engineer, and testing team have spent almost 40 hours trying to debug this. We also spent several hours on the phone with Samsung support (not helpful). We added a banner to our website that asks people to contact us if their host device is running on Android 11 before they purchase our product. This has been a nightmare for us.
