Phone is ok but can't match the higher value phones

I hate this reader it closes down if you leave it alone a minute You tap to move around and it sits there If I had used it more I would have returned it. Every time I tried I got frustrated and went back to my samsung noon. The only reason I purchased this is because the new samsung is too big I wanted a reader not a tablet. However desinged this missed the mark. You can't tell if you have read a book and if it is a current book or you;ve had it forever. Really dissapointed with the kindle I guess Ii was smart to decide to get la nook years because I didn't like the way the kindle was layed out.

I bought 3 for my kids school. Thinking it would be easier that juggling them on one lap top. My kids use Schoology and let me tell you there is no microphone for the apps to use. It gives a error says there is no Camara or microphone detected. I called Samsung and we'll no help there. They couldn't get it to work. It's terrible because best buy only gives 14 days to return the item and to be honest it's not enough time. Day 16 we after talking to samsung we realized we should have gone with apple.

I was not entirely happy with the weight of this 8inch tablet versus my Pixel phone, nor was I was happy with its speed... but for slightly over $100 I felt it was a decent tradeoff until it just died. I had it plugged in for a full charge. I unplugged it and turned it on, and the screen was very dim... so, I turned it off, and turned it back on and the Samsung name came on, and the screen went completely black. Now it makes a vibrate noise when I push the on switch while the screen remains black... BTW, I have an Apple Ipad that I bought 10 years ago that still works fine....

the exterior is quite well and sleek but when it comes to unlocking your tablet its very slow the keyboard takes about 3 to 5 seconds to appear and when it does show up the letters lag they take a while to keep up with your typing. when it finally opens up the apps take 3 to 5 seconds as well to appear and then your weather widget doesn't load it just gives you a question mark or a reload arrow, and when you do all the updates and installments but it still turns up to be slow. even the most patient person will be bested at how long this tablet takes to do anything with.

simple to use but is worthless since you can not move stuff to the SD card. Samsung bit the bag on this, there is no way possible to use the Sd card to expand the memory

There was no audio in first one basically a humming noise. I received a new one and could hear music but no words whether it was music,a book, a movie, etc. They can't fix it I am stuck with this one!!!

I brought this product home on May 2nd by the 26th I had to return it. It refused to stay connected to my wifi and when it did function it was slow and would not work properly. I am really disappointing in this product my saving grace was the customer service I received at Best Buy that made it all worth while.

This tablet is extremely slow and sluggish. I understand it's $150 but it's way too slow. All I do with it is play Clash of Clans, so I don't really use it for anything else. I have a Samsung S10+ for everything else. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't buy it.

To be honest, I am very disappointed in this tablet. I use samsung cell phones and was not expecting such a slow device. The lag is so frustrating that my daughter asked for her five year old iPad back.

I have owned many Samsung tablets including the Tab S, S2, S6, S7 and both the 8" and 10.5" Tab A. The S series tables are very good to excellent and I have no regrets with any of them. The 10.5" Tab A is acceptable although a bit slow. However, the 8" Tab A is so ridiculously slow that I stopped using it after a few frustrating months. There is no way I can recommend this slug of a tablet. I grew old waiting for it to respond. Perhaps I got a bad one. It works, but ever so slowly.

One month after purchase the charger entry broke. Took it back to Best Buy, and even with the insurance I purchased, I couldn’t get my money back or even get a new one. They had to ship the tablet all the way to KY for repair and an estimated 4-6 week turnaround. Not worth buying the insurance they sell and definitely not worth buying this tablets.. get an iPad instead ...

Purchased 5 tablets and 1 out of 5 died this week, this is after 7 months of regular use. I'm hoping the warranty will cover a replacement or repair.

Sleek design but out dated processors even though it’s a “ new model”, unstable charge port, doesn’t hold a charge long, runs slowish even right out of the box. Don’t waste your time on this.

A poor review. Why? Nothing to do with the product. For years I buy my electronics from you. Never once have you applied points to my account. NEVER. I just need to start going to your competitor.

This tablet is extremely slow and non-responsive. I like that it's a Galaxy, but this is an older model. Definitely would pay more and upgrade in the future.

Terrible. Had it 6 months and it broke. Stopped taking a charge (yes I tested the charger.) Couldn't return so had to track down an actual person at Samsung number who said I had to mail it to them for repair. It was more than a week before I finally got an email saying they are finally sending it back as repair is done. No clue what was even wrong with it. Glad it is not my only device as I would be out of luck for a backup. Not even an "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" from them. Sticking with Apple from now on.

Doesn't have a Mana memory if you download any music apps you can forget it you after delete other apps on your phone in order to store

It is running very slow. When my son try to open any app the tablet paused for minutes. I want to return back. Honestly I don't like that tablet.

Can't get in touch with them to tell them I no longer have the samsung and i can't get the gmail account because they have me as owning the samsung. Can't compare with apple .
