We have an older one with a smaller processor that works great, so we bought this one as a backup. It is so slow!! Everything that works on the older one does not work on this one: Bluetooth does not stay paired, wifi disconnects, same apps are so slow! Very disappointed!

I did not drop the tablet or in any way mistreat it. It is an inexpensive device but there's no savings if it unreliable. Don't make my mistake. Purchase a different device.

Arrived and gave it to my daughter. When she turned it on the screen was nothing but lines. Tried everything but the colored lines would not go away. Will return it and look for another model or brand. What a waste of time.
