It's 2019 and it has Micro USB. It should have USB C TYPE!

I was told the latest model was the one I purchased! Not true! It was a model from 2019! 3-4 years old! Do not buy from Best Buy. Go to the specific company for the latest; such as Samsung or Apple. Very disappointed and very insulted.

Very shortly into purchasing the tablet it started doing weird things, the screen randomly going black or the touch screen would not work. Now, not even 6 months later, it will not charge. Definitely not well made and not worth your money.

The processor lags. The screen does not adjust to a comfortable brightness. The sound quality is poor. The speakers are positioned between the charging port and make listening difficult. I'm fairly unhappy that I made this purchase and am looking forward to my next Kindle device.

This tablet's inner screen cracked, outer screen is intact. Tablet always kept in protective case, rarely used, never abused. I believe there was a manufacturer's defect. Mfg warranty does not cover inner screen, do not recommend.

the touchscreen is a bit dull and sometimes annoying

Very cheaply made. Not easy to get in and out of apps.

It worked ok for the 3 months I've had it although I never used it that much. It just shut off today and it will not come back on. It was fully charged. Now it's apparently too late to return. Never again!

I wouldn't recommend this item and I don't recommend it.

This particular Tab A was not my intentional tablet due to the fact that its for Kids too! Also, I'm having problems with just getting it to connect to my pc to transfer files on to it and cannot figure it out. Very dissatisfied with this model.

Sadly after less than 2 years the tablet just stopped working altogether (it won’t even turn on) as did my previous Galaxy Tab. They are ok for the price but unfortunately they just don’t last.

Apple is the King for tablets due to the lack for software updates for Android OS and Samsung Electronics refusing to update the software. I bought the bigger 5.8 Galaxy Tab A in 2017/18 year and haven't seem software update like phones receives.

I sent this item back. I bought it for my mom, but it was too small for her to see. I was really disappointed when I saw it, but had to give it as her Christmas gift anyway, telling her that I would exchange it right away.

I bought it on November, I gave to my daughter in March, unfortunately when she open it the screen wasn't working properly, my time to return is experied and I cant return it anymore

Runs very slow,lags,buffers,,,Reset the tablet few times.My other wifi products I have i dont have a problem with but this tablet since day one has given me speed issues

returned immediately. the tablet is slow, and the touch screen is almost unresponsive. when it does respond... its almost a cm or two away from where i'm actually touching.

No more Android gadgets for me. Thank goodness for Apple. This tablet seems to be possessed. It constantly hangs, shuts off pages whilst typing and is slow. I really wanted to like it but it's a mere waste of money.

I only had the tablet for 33 days. It completely freezes up. I can't get past the screen saver. It's only a black backlit screen. It won't even restart. And if course it's past the return date. Wasted money.

If i could rate this item 0 stars i would i bought the thing in September it is now December and it does not work money down the drain i do not recommend this tablet for purchase

was looking for a tablet that worked as a notepad, salesaperson advised the s-pen would work with this product which i unpleasanlty learned it doesnt. I was very specific about that feature when making the purchase. it was returned.
