Great value, and easy to use

I won't say it was the easiest thing for her to learn to use, but for an octogenarian I was happy she could take our video calls. Downloaded WhatsApp and GoogleDuo and had no issue. The only thing is the video isn't the best quality. But she can use it and it's size is manageable.

Nice little tablet

We both use them with YouTube TV and Netflix mainly for entertainment. They're not the highest spec tablet ever, nor do they have the world's greatest displays, but the price was very reasonable, and they have an SD card slot for expandable storage. It's exactly what I wanted for my needs.

But for the price it doesn't bother me. If we get a good 2-4 years out of it, the money is worth it. I'm just not into paying what apple asks for a tablet, so these work just fine for what we need.

I'm a loyal Samsung & Best Buy customer

Galaxy products are priced right & last forever. This Tab A malfunctioned and i did return it. The real story is Best Buy worked with me and gave me a full refund. Of course I'll continue to buy Samsung products

It was very easy to transfer my info between devices. It is not as responsive as I'd like--I often have to tap it more than once. For some reason some of the links in my emails have a black background when I open them making them more difficult to read. All in all, it's good for the price and convenient to carry.

Great basic tablet

A little on the slow side at times and the advertised expandable SD storage capacity is misleading. The OS won't allow you to move anything but media to the SD card. NO APPS... NONE. And the tablet comes preloaded with almost half of it's 32 GB storage capacity full at start-up. But for the price I feel it provides good value and performance.
