I purchased this for my 7 year old and it works good but there’s a few features (portable WiFi capability)I think it lacks that I would like to be able to use with my next purchase

Before I purchased this the employee opened the box for me. He noted that the original seal was still present and all the accessories were present. It was in excellent shape plus it was a little cheaper than a new one!!!

Bought another tablet for my mother in law and she is really excited to call my daughter every day. She is 100% sastified with Samsung products. Keyboard attached as well. Almost 30 days and no issue. Great job Samsung.

These tablets are an improvement to the first inexpensive Samsung tablets I got for my kid's. Touch screen is better the resolution improved good for kid's or for emailing and Facebook for adults.

This isn't a bad tablet for simple tasks like checking email and playing a few games. I did run up the memory pretty quickly so be sure to get an SD card.

Its a good tablet for the price if you want it for a specific job. But you will not be able to load many apps on it.

I would recommend getting a tablet with more memory, This tablet is still working fine after a year of rough use by a 10 year old boy.

I first bought brand X at walmart . It was poor, returned it. Next I bought an Amazon Fire tablet at Best Buy...Too much Amazon, Amazon, etc. Returned it. Exchanged it for Samsung which I should have gotten in the first place. Highly recommend Samsung.

I bought this tablet to replace my aging Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and so far I love it! The colors are bright and I love the split screen function. It has exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy this again, it would make a excellent gift.

The tab has great picture quality. The size was the only thing I don’t like. But for kids it’s great. I needed at least a 9.7” screen

My nephew broke his old tablet and was looking for a new one so I purchased this for him and he really loved it and I noticed that it worked quite well. I would recommend this to anyone as it works very easily out of the box and anyone can figure it out.

Don't know if it's the processor, RAM, old OS version or a combo thereof, but this tablet is sluggish to the point of frustration. I purchased with the sole intention of accessing Google Sheets, where I store student notes (I teach music privately). It frequently lags when I input my notes, and sometimes doesn't even capture all of what I type. Very disappointed with this tablet, even at the discounted price.

Bought as a replacement for my son. Works ok for a 12 year old. Not so much for anyone older. Hard to find a case or screen protector

I purchased this tablet to use at night with headphones. It works fine for that purpose. Of course it doesn't come close to my new iPad Pro 12.9. I would recommend an iPad for any serious use.

I bought this because I liked the size and needed a tablet, and this was the only one at my local store that wasn’t huge. My problem is that the touch screen is horrible, I have to tap much harder than other devices for it to register, and after it does it takes way to long for the tablet to respond. My second major issue it the storage. I got 8gb because I was only planning to use it for reading and streaming. However, my device was almost completely full out of the box. All the pre loaded apps (that you can’t delete) and os files take up 80% of your storage. And an sd card doesn’t help because you can’t move most of the apps to it. I would never buy this again.

Good for the price and good for a short term use, would recommend for a child friendly product.

I found this product to be quite a good product. It works well, it's fast, and it's a quality product. Overall, I have no complaints with this product.

If you have the money go ahead and buy a nicer tablet. It's a decent tablet safe for kids or something. However it does seem to have a slight lag to it. It's not terrible but if you like to play any sort of games I would not recommend it. It works great as long as you have a strong Wi-Fi connection. But if you lose Wi-Fi you lose some So many features. Again it's a decent tablet for the price. But if you're looking for something more liable with more speed go ahead and spend the extra money on something else. And just for the record I love Samsung products.

We are mainly using this as a remote for our home video music system so it works great for this purpose since its a remote but we can still go online and use our favorite apps. Due to it being a multi age user we did purchase a case to protect it

I really like the memory size of this tablet, plus with my micro SD card, I'll have plenty of space for music, movies, etc. Having the same tablet as my phone is a plus as well.
