Not easy for 1st time android user

BESTBUY should coordinate sales with register checkout. TOLD by sa sung rep on sale $99 charged $119 following week on sale $79. NOT HAPPY BESTBUY CUSTOMER!

Too fragile

My daughter accidentally dropped hers a short distance onto Carpet- not even hard enough to damage the screen. However, it destroyed the "inside". No longer usable at all- or fixable.
