    I have always been Samsung products fan but this tablet was the exception. Somehow slow and the quality of the image is not at all as expected. I had some issues while downloading apps from Playstore. Had to return it and would not recommend.

    I enjoy using this tablet for a great deal of things. The only flaw is its touch sensitivity. I feel like the only way it reads my touch is when I use my thumbs. Kinda wish I would have paid a little more and gotten a step up from this tablet.

    My nephews probably played with it 5 times. They broke it. I tried to get it fixed. Geek squad claimed I did not have warranty nor insurance on the device. So I trashed it.
