It comes with google apps that take up most of the memory, so I bought a 120GB SD card and it still will only let us download 1 app at a time. Product support is the absolute worst. Just be aware of what you are getting.

It was very laggy and clunky. Has an actual home button, no fingerprint reader, and just overall felt outdated. If it is a tablet for kids to play in, it may be worth th ed 90 bucks. I ended up returning. I'm a Samsung product fanatic, but I didn't like this.

It also requires me to reconnect to my network every time I reboot the tablet. Samsung wasn't very helpful and said I should just send it to them to fix. Only problem with that is, I already brought back one to Best Buy, this is my second one!!!

Told her to take up to Best Buy in plano tx and ask for them to help her. She was told the representative for Samsung is not there Wednesdays and Thursdays and it was nobody there to help her. Needless to say I will be taking it back myself and getting my money back and buying it from somewhere else
