I purchased an open box tablet but the tablet had not been reset prior to reselling it. Therefore, I could not activate the tablet and had to return it to the store. I believe I purchased a bad tablet but not all tablets have this problem.

Got this for grandkids have something to do at my house .

Waste of money! Doesn’t hold charge and the memory is taken up by the stuffed already of the tablet. My daughter could only download 3 decent sized games

Not what we expected! It keeps dropping the connection and therefore turning the unit off. We have to restart to get back to app we were using. It does not meet our need It may be good for someone else but not for us...

Price is ok, quality of photos are not that good though

So far it's Working exactly like it should. I only use it to fly my drone. There isn't an external speaker. You have to use ear buds or Bluetooth speaker. The lock screen is a little annoying because the number pad is small and my fat fingers need to be exact.

Got it for my nephew and he works great. No issues at all

Product is satisfactory but needs constant charge.

We’d love the device if it would stay connected to the internet. We have no idea why but it disconnects randomly from our home internet and nothing works to fix it. And then randomly, suddenly, it reconnects. Making us crazy! Very frustrating.

1 yr old and already not compatible with certain apps in the Google App store. Bought this for my kids but half the games they want to download they can't (i.e. Madden, Fortnite, & PUBG). Samsung is really starting to let me down.

I bought this tablet for my kids to play Disney Emoji Blitz on. My 2013 Google Nexus & still works, but it isn't compatible with the new version. I bought this since it was inexpensive. However, it is an absolute piece of steaming garbage. It was the slowest tablet I've ever used. The 6 year old Nexus 7 was still much faster and user friendly. I returned this when I was able to side-load Emoji Blitz and it still ran better even though it didn't meet the minimum requirements. I'm thinking that the Samsung had bloatware, or there modified android os was just slowing it down or just clunky.

these small tablets don't have all the features of the larger size even though they share the same operating systems and software. very odd. not detailed at all, until you go looking to screen share and its only available on 8" and up...

Only 3gb free memory after bloatware... Also, you have to refresh the flash memory every 15 minutes of continuous use. I would not recommend this horrible tablet even to my worst enemy.
