I bought this tablet to play Rise of Kingdoms as I got tired of the emulator and liked it better with a touch screen. However, it lags so much that I am unable to play it on this device.

Over sensitivity to touch screen. Poor memory. You have to eliminate one thing to get another saved. No options on what can go. Bad operating system.

I bought the tablets to give to elementary students as a reward for winning a reading program. The tablets were fantastic and I downloaded the Kindle Android reader so they will be able to download books to read.

I ended up returning this item as it ran a little too slow for me. I don't know if it's the Samsung Android skin or something else, but just felt other items, like the Fire tablets, ran quicker.

It comes pre-set with a goggle e-mail and won’t let you use a hotmail acct. the extended memory card doesn’t work so the use is minimum. Bad bad bad

With a tempered expectation I bought the Tab A to solely view videos and surf the internet. Unfortunately, the Tab A just doesn't have the horsepower for such simple tasks. As a side note, I have a very fast internet connection. Disappointed in the slow response and touch feedback. Gave it to my 8 year old nephew and within the hour he gave it back to me and said it was too slow! I will be returning the Tab A.

I bought this for my 11 year old. Sad to say he didn't even enjoy. Only hook up direct wifi would not hook up to hot spots at all. Had to return it

Have the product shipped to me because it's 100 mile round trip. Doesn't work. Take it back. Get a replacement. Doesn't work. Get to drive 100 miles to take it back. How can you sell a product that doesn't support 5G? I'll have to look at their financials. See the big sales in the fourth quarter of 2019 and see all the returns the first quarter of 2020. I think that's illegal for publicly traded companies to misrepresent sales. See Sarbanes-Oxly Act of 2002 after Enron.

I bought this tablet for my son to watch movies. So I downloaded 1 movie to a sd card and added it to the tablet. Every time the movie is on, it freezes. I don't like that it's new and it does that

I suppose for a cheap tablet this is fine. I definitely wouldn't recommend it though it always runs out of storage even with SD cards

My daughter in law is still trying to down load games from a tablet to the Samsung with no luck . Maybe it will be great when she gets it downloaded

I didnt like the tablet, it had great size but just wasnt fast enough for me, it lagged to much and couldnt play games well on it.

Bought it when it was on sale for $70. Key board is very unresponsive, does not connect to my home WiFi 5g network only 2.4. I gave 3 stars due to its sleek metallic design and price.

After turning this unit on and setting up the Wi-Fi I became ensnareled in a cicular maze of Google set up screens that I could not escape from from. Trying to set up a pass word was an exercise in futility. I've seen this problem time and again. Developers become so familiar with their product they do not realize how difficult it is to use for someone not acquainted with it. After two frustrating hours trying to get somewhere I gave up and returned it for a 4K TV set.

I am very frustrated with my new tablet. Facebook and several other apps run extremely slow on this tablet. I loved my original Samsung Galaxy Tablet but I am not enjoying this one at all. Unfortunately, I purchased two. I will try returning my unopened one. Tablet also does not respond when I touch the screen. Very frustrating. Despite high ratings this is one of the worst tablets I have ever owned.

I find android very cumbersome and I will never personally own or use one but bought this for the sister in law because she keeps breaking them and it was cheaper than an iPad

I left it plugged in and used it in a kiosk mode. The battery expanded and the device failed. It lasted a few months.

We bought our tablet about a month ago and 2 or 3 weeks in the speaker in it went bad now it sounds awful. Samsung repeatedly has me regretting buying their products!

I came in to Best Buy on the bus twice once to have a Geek Squad tek try to figure out what the problem was. he couldn't figure it out definitively. It continued to malfunction so i brought the tablet in for a second time to have the person who sold it to me check it. The adjustments didn't solve the problem. I called into the store and what needs to happen now is to send it to California for up to 2 weeks to a month. meantime there is no loaner tablet & I will be with out service while still paying for WiFi.

I bought this when it was on sale. i had to return it because it was too slow. i recommended the Apple iPad. it's good but not great.
