My son has had this for a little over a month and already the battery is bad, what a complete waste. I would not recommend purchasing this item unless you just wanna buy another one within a few months. Save your money and buy an apple.

add extra $50 and get something better , not worth the money .

Fell in love with it immediately! Perfect size that fits in my small purse/backpak. It's using Android Lollipop which is super old but it doesn't lag which is great. This is basically just for light use, traveling, anything like that. remember this is like a condensed ipad. You do get what you paid for so don't expect something as heavy duty as an ipad. It's still a great table though, I have a couple apps downloaded on it right now w/ the expandable micro SD card storage.

Had to return this tablet. It wasn't what I expected.

The Screen was always delayed in its response time

Not a great tablet, nothing wrong with it just too slow for doing work on it. Tried to return it to best buy for store credit and they would not do it either. Guess they knew how bad this tablet was and they didn't want it either.

A great design but the concept was not there. The only issue that I had with this tablet has poor Wi-Fi antenna kept dropping my network and everywhere else that I had it connected to. I wish I can give this a better rating I can't

Get with the program Samsung. Stop trying to copy Apple and come come up with different ideas that work. This is like buying swap meet designer clothes; just not real. It sucks

The service team was terrible. We had to track down someone in anothe department to help us, very frustrating. I know this review will do nothing. So it is what it is. No wonder online shopping is taking over.

Not happy that it wont hold a charge now. Haven't used it for a couple of months and now it wont work

I have only had since July 2017 and it is completely dead and will not turn on. Contacted Samsung and now will have to ship off and be repaired so now you just go without because of their faulty product.

Couldn't get past the set up screens. The device was tied to a google account and couldn't release it for another account. Returned it and got my money back. Will be sticking with the iPad.

Upon opening "new" tablet out of box there was a scratch on the middle of the screen. Disappointed and will be returning. Very unhappy

Screen burnt in just 20 days with no reason, and best buy is not responsible for that!!!!!! It is labeled Best Buy but in reality Worst Buy!!!!

I was told I could screen mirror and us the mhl adapter to hdmi. None of these promised features worked. I was highly disappointed. Don't waste your time with this product.

I decided to save some money and buy this tablet. Big mistake in my opinion. The software was my big problem. It felt so clunky compared to the iPad. I took it back.

The tablet was extremely slow and unresponsive. I downloaded one application and it got worse. Extremely disappointed with this samsung product.
