This is a good tablet that has good battery life in a compact size.

Good tablet for a low price. It will be used to browse the web, play some games and use other applications. Good for someone who doesn't need the fancy of a better tablet or for a beginner or a yound kid. I got this tablet for my mom so she can get familiar with touch screens and surfing the web through a tablet.

Traded in my old Note 4 for this and did not disappoint. Resolution is sharp. SD card slot makes up for lack of built in storage. May seem sluggish with media files given the lack of RAM. But compact design makes it convenient to carry around. Looks sleek when paired with original Samsung book cover.

This was for my 8 yr old son. It has done well for him and the size is just right. I recommend a good case to protect it. The only issue we had is the battery stopped charging and had to send it in to get replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty. My son uses it every day and takes everywhere.

In the past I had purchased Amazon Kindles for my grandchildren but they required a credit card to set up and use. Needless to say, even with parental controls and passwords, they got around all that and charged a bunch of stuff on my credit card. The Samsung doesn't need a credit card to set , it's fast and has held up under their rough use.

This is a nice 7 inch tablet. It has a nice screen.

I like the small size, it is handy and a great device. It may prove to be a little small for viewing movies. I was a little disappointed in that I was told it came with android software 'marshmallow', but when checking it comes with 'lollipop' software. I am confident at some point it will be updated online, but wished it came with the newer operating system from android

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A is a good tablet. I wouldn't say that it's the best out there for its class- when compared to an iOS device such as the iPad Mini or even 6S Plus, it's not as responsive or fast, nor does the tablet's exterior feel as refined. Android is a great platform, however. There are many things I can do on here that I can't do on an iOS device. Expandable storage, an excellent built-in File Manager, and the ability to install pretty much whatever you want give it a definite edge over any iOS device. Sadly, the Galaxy Tab A itself can't seem to cut it at times. I've had frequent freezes and slow downs, and I don't multi-task like crazy on it. Additionally, the resolution is not that great either. For someone who wants a reasonably priced Android device, it's an alright buy. But for someone who doesn't care about the platform, I would recommend saving up for a higher end Droid device or any of the iPads.

The tablet's size and speed are great and I like that it has an fm radio.

It's easy to use. Set up was a breeze. I enjoy the convenient small size.

I bought this knowing that it will probably not ever be updated to anything higher than the Android 5.1 Lollipop, so if you have any applications that need a higher version beware. Other than that this Tablet is fantastic with basic stuff like web, Emails and video's look great....

I purchased this tablet for my daughter. She is just beside herself with the thing! Not the most WOW performance specs, but for casual gaming, youtube, and streaming Netflix it has thrilled a pre-teen to no end. The price and quality are hard to beat. Its almost like a Galaxy Note xL...minus the S Pen.
