easy to use , compact size makes it very useful to carry

Bought it for my mom as her old tablet stopped working. She mainly uses it for games and isn't a "power user" so she doesn't need the latest and greatest. Still, this is a great quality, great performing tablet that exceeded my expectations for the price. It's a bit on the smaller side but the display quality and performance are excellent for the price.

Bought this for my son who's 3. He loves it. It's just little enough for him to be able to type and play games on with his small hands. There are a lot of setting options that aren't on it that I have seen with previous Galaxy tablets and maybe this is bc of the size. This is a simple tablet. I like that it has expandable storage.

Easy set up. Grest resolution and battery life. Perfect size for travel.

The tab a is a great entry level for kids 10 to 15 years old, a chance to use Google office chance to learning about the Google email and the cloud so it's a complete unit it's just a matter of having fun learning about it thanks again Best Buy the price was right and the help understanding how to use it was great . It's certainly a better price than paying for a iPad and I hope to buy a couple more !!

We first tried a larger cheaper brand and the operating system was bad. Got the Galaxy and that problem disappeared.

Samsung is my first choice. easy to operate and overall performance is great.

Purchased to replace Nexus7 2013. Big improvement with screen clarity. Problems with space. Only 8GB. Tried to expand with SD card but a lot of programs won't load to SD card. Even with Google Drive you have to be careful with loading programs. Use it mainly for developing sermons. Good system for email and media consumption.

I like the speed and the split screen. It holds a charge much better then the 3G model.

Caught this on a Deal of the Day for $75; awesome value! Got it just to have a spare tablet for reading, watching Netflix, etc but wouldn't cry too hard if the kids broke it (like I would over any iPad lol). It's not the beefiest, but it's responsiveness/performance isn't all that bad, storage is far from great but not terrible, and the display is really nice and brilliant.

I love my Samsung Tablet, easy to carry on, excellent on battery and great performane.

Would like to give the Tab A 7” a 3 1/2 star. Eventhough it performs very well it does tend to lag a little on inputs, like screen swipes and taps, and even with a 32gb memory card installed I still continue to receive low storage notices. Overall though it is still far superior to my previous Google Nexus 7.

Easy to use great size for travel and storage. Fast and has a good battery life span.
