The tablet is okay but after you use the Note series phones. The tablet does the most basic things, email, light surfing, some app usage. However trying to navigate the tablets features can be a bit frustrating because the touch screen at most times is unresponsive. Attempting to use the screen results in numerous taps. Not sure if the same technology used for smaller phones does not work on bigger tablets. However, it is a good tablet. Whhhattt? That was like a 180 on this review! It is a good tablet

Set up was very easy with the help of my Google account. My data transferred easily. It was easy to set up my modem and security code.

I bought one of these for my kids ages 9 and 12. They have been enjoying them so far and the battery seems to last a long time

Overall performance is good. Wish there was a 2nd speaker or in different location. Glass is bad for fingerprints.

I bought this for my daughter when she was 3 or 4. She never really used it, it was pretty slow and not much storage. She uses my Samsung galaxy tab s2 instead. I still had a issue with the a7 where some buttons stopped responding and It would shut off by itself. I had it replaced with geek squad insurance but it still don't get much use.

Bought several tablets the past couple years for my kids. No longer buying other brands. Samsung is always dependable on specs and price. Also last longer with my kids

Without breaking your bank, this tablet is great compared to the value tablets. A lot more reliable too. Just grab a micro sd card to make sure you have enough storage.

Samsung's 8" Tablet combines the right technology and size. The technology is current and adequate, while the size is just right. It's not to small, nor, is it to big.

I bought it for my kids they love it. I think I might buy it for my grand daughter. The price was great! I would let my family and friends know about it. Thank u!!

Use it as a media player, mostly music but finding other uses one down side is internal memory but high quality for the price

Great product, wish it had more internal memory, but nothing a sd card doesn't fix

This isn't my 1st tablet, but it is more portable than my 13inch one. That shows video well, but is a bit big to carry around.

Only down fall and why I'm not getting it a 5 star... not enough on board memory. Other than that love my Samsung products.

Got for present for my friends toddler for Christmas. Perfect size for him to watch and play his games. Also keeps him away from his dad's phone

Functional budget friendly tablet, probably should have got a better one

After searching for a good tablet for my granddaughter I came to find the galaxy tab great for homework and learning apps

We bought this for our 7 year old kid. It's been the perfect tablet. Planning to buy another one for the other kid so they aren't fighting over it.

5 would be an Ipad, for the price, this tablet is fast and does what it's supposed to. Love samsung, great product
