My wife has an S2, but I wanted a smaller tablet for our trips and around the house. Bigger is better, but wasn't worth the extra cost as I could always use hers. Good battery life, excellent display, and light.

Does everything I want, replaces my laptop. Takes pictures that are not perfect but better than my phone . There is no end to the amount of books that one can acquire and read on this size tablet. Enjoy!

This is a stripped down version and perfect for people who like simple and ease of use. It saves money from getting the advanced ones but still has plenty of features.

I thought my son would have a hard time figuring it out, but turns out he loves it. I like the plastic cover because I don’t worry as much about dents etc. Highly recommend it. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it’s hard to find cases for it.

I purchased two tablets for each of my children and as of right now I don't regret it. They are easy to use and have more than sufficient storage for apps & pics. Plus the price is reasonable too.

I bought this exact tablet 1 year ago and really like it! So, I purchased one for my husband last week. Charged it to 100% and then turned it on and used for a few hours. All was good. Next day when we turned it on, it worked for about 1/2 hour and then completely went blank while just sitting on a table! Picked it up and the back of the tablet was HOT! I mean HOT where I literally could not hold it in my hands. Tried to turn it off .. nothing. Tried to do a hard reboot (holding volume button and ON button down at the same time) .. nothing! The screen was just black! Brought back to Best Buy and had Geek Squad verify that, yes indeed, this tablet was a lemon! Had absolutely no problem exchanging this tablet for a new one (Best Buy customer service is the best)! This second Samsung Galaxy has been working fine for now but it's been less than a month. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

First, I am not a techie. In fact when my computer slows down, I'm the type that just replaces it. I have a smaller Samsung tablet and thought I bigger one would work better (for my aged eyes). Unfortunately though, I keep running into instances where my new tablet doesn't work for something I want to do... e.g. watch a movie. Don't assume that just because it's a newer product and from a good company, it's gonna work the way you want it to. My recommendation would be to go play with it in the store and really make sure it works the way you want it to. All-in-all, it's an expensive e-reader and game console.
