2nd Galaxy Tab
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this exact tablet 1 year ago and really like it! So, I purchased one for my husband last week. Charged it to 100% and then turned it on and used for a few hours. All was good. Next day when we turned it on, it worked for about 1/2 hour and then completely went blank while just sitting on a table! Picked it up and the back of the tablet was HOT! I mean HOT where I literally could not hold it in my hands. Tried to turn it off .. nothing. Tried to do a hard reboot (holding volume button and ON button down at the same time) .. nothing! The screen was just black! Brought back to Best Buy and had Geek Squad verify that, yes indeed, this tablet was a lemon! Had absolutely no problem exchanging this tablet for a new one (Best Buy customer service is the best)! This second Samsung Galaxy has been working fine for now but it's been less than a month. I'll keep my fingers crossed!
