I have a Samsung phone and am used to the operation. I bought this to have a bigger screen for movies and apps while on the plane. I was disappointed that more file types couldn't be transfered to the external storage.

Set-up at Best Buy was the best aspect of my purchase since the salesperson took time explaining to me while we were initially setting up the tablet.
