I already owned a Tab A and because of the age of this model I was hesitant buying another one for my son. Since he was used to the Samsung interface I decided to go ahead with the purchase. So far it's done everything he wants with no issues. He used to keep my wife's IPad all the time but now he never touches it.

bought this for my kids for xmas. It works as expected with no problems. the multiple user accounts with restrictions makes it great to control for kids content without any extra purchased software. Also love the fact it has sdcard expansion

This is our second Samsung Galaxy tablet purchase, and I've yet to be let down. They have a user-friendly interface, are very durable (we use cases and 9-h glass screen protectors), and just really are a pleasure to use. Highly recommended!

the device fit our budget perfectly for a gift. Very comfortable with the Samsung brand. the only negative i would throw out there is that all Samsung tablets should include a coupon or option to add additional memory at a discount at time of purchase.

I absolutely love this tablet. I got a GREAT deal on open box too. It has taken a beating from my toddlers and is still going strong. Compatible with many different apps. Only downside is the 16GB's of memory. Ran out of space quickly.

We received a smaller tab as a bonus for upgrading our phones. I gave it to our son for his use. A glass of water was spilled and it splashed onto that tab, nearly killing it instantly. Turned out it had no warranty coverage on that tab. Best Buy gave us a deal on this tab and it's proven very dependable and works great.

I would recommend purchasing this tablet for yourself as for family members. I take this on trips with me everywhere I go.

This a great tablet for someone that uses the basics (email, apps, web, etc.). Was worried about the lower resolution screen, but it is actually an advantage if you have eyesight problems. The print is larger that on a high resolution screen.

Great starter for my mother-in-law. She is a beginner and android user.

I did research and this tablet would do what I needed for using DJI Phantom drone software. Specifically purchased for that reason, but am not enjoying many of the tablet's other features.

Great tablet! Works well and it is very reliable. Purchased 2 other brand name tablets before this one and had a lot of issues with them since opening of their boxes. Samsung is a brand that has proven itself to my family and we will buy again.

Not bad for the price. replaces my tab 4 which has almost the same specs as the tab a. the only downside is a slower boot up and the way it attaches to samsungs's case. it just snaps into the case which doesn't look to secure. It also has an odd shape compared to the earlier models. overall not a bad buy.

I am constantly on the move and this tablet I can take it everywhere. I use it in meetings at work and for leisure at home as well, and watch all my favorite series on it. I enjoy galaxy products, hence the reason I purchased this item.

It's much better than the Galaxy Tab E lite, it was much faster and the software in it doesn't lag as much as the tab E. I'd say spend a few extra bucks and get this instead of the tab E becuase u wouldn't have to replace it in a year

Purchased this for my mom and she is obsessed with it. She watches netflix, plays candy crush, looks thru pinterest. She said this was the best christmas present ever & she is not technology savvy, This was a good starter tablet!

It was a nice tablet. The display was crisp and was easy to set up however it just seemed slow. A lot of apps I used took a long time to open and load. The biggest drawback is the lack of RAM. I returned mine and will be waiting for a sale on an S2

Great quality, got what I paid for and then some. If you are looking for something simple to have games ready to be on the go for your kids or even if you want to watch a movie or too....this is the way to go!!
