I bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab A for my 6 year old for Christmas thinking that he would leave my IPad alone but even after installing identical apps or almost identical apps he still insists on using my IPad. He doesn't like this

More detailed instructions are needed so that there is less need to go back to store for dire tions several times. Looking on line for how to use directions is time consuming and sometimes confusing for beginners.

I had the tablet for a little over a year and it started to fail. It would lock up and sometimes freeze and then not start up. It worked fine until one day it just stopped functioning properly, no matter what I did.

The product looks as good as it's faster siblings, but is painfully slower than I am used to. Spend the extra $$ fr the faster gen, if you have it

I bought this for my mother for her birthday. She loves it, other than the fact that 30-40% of the time that you click something, it doesn't register. Sometimes if you click close by, it will register.

Being a beginner I really can't be as efficient in my review as I would like ...I guess it is okay and probably can do more then I understand about it. Will keep "playing" with it and learning how to use it.

6 months into me owning it, the battery drains quickly. It only charges up to 31%. That's with it charging on and charging powered off. Other than that, no other issues.

Disappointed; Class set up to learn how to use it; cancelled and not notified until I arrived for instruction. POOR communication on Samsung's part!

Nice screen size issues with it holding a full charge

There is much to expect from this particular Samsung model. Good for searching the web and playing games. I will not recommended this tablet to a high school Or college student,.

I bought this to replace my IPad that died. For the price it's okay but don't love it. I will go back to IPad in the future.

The only drawback is the lack of a flash for photos, what were you thinking Samsung? My hope is that someone will come out with an attachable flssh. Only 3 stars due to the oversight.

I was sharing a cell phone video that I had saved to google photos on the Samsung tablet over a wifi connection. It was a 3 minute video that I gave up playing on this device after 10 minutes as all it did was buffer. I ended up playing the same video on a Iphone 6 over the same wifi network and it ran ok with no buffering at all, just a smaller screen which is why I wanted to play it on the Samsung Tablet. Overall navigation of this device was rather cumbersome as well. It might be a great device, just not a good fit for me.

The tab kept popping up error messages to the extent that I had to change it after two weeks. It also doesn't have enough storage space

It has been a great couch tablet for home. Because I did not get a data service with this tablet. It does not have GPS but that's okay for what I'm using this tablet for

Good product for the price but we have to exchange it for the next model available since we were not really happy with this item...we were looking for better picture...

Got this in Nov 2016. The product works good. The picture quality is not great. Its average. You can buy this one as an extra tab or for occasional use.

I purchased this tablet to use to control our drones. The tablet was slow, constantly crashing and unable to handle the software. Graphics look great but processing was horrible!

It seems to be easy to use so far. It does seem to struggle with movies. It seems to skip slightly. But this is the first issue I have found. I will keeping using it.

Not built like the older samsung tablet models, was a bit disappointed with how this was built and had to return it. It was really slow and pixelated.
