I read complaints on the brightness, shape, and pixle quality of the screen, these were not issues at all. I bought this tablet for school. The stylus and Microsoft office are what sold me but the word is annoying. It types like an android not a word document, I am hoping there is some setting or app to fix this issue but I haven't had the time to figure it out; if not the Microsoft Word becomes worthless so I gave it only 4 stars.

I bought this tablet for my great aunt. The screen is big enough for her viewing pleasure. Lightweight on her brittle hands. Easy to use and understand. She learned quick. Worth the price also.

This item was bought as a gift for my 83 year old mother who wanted to connect with the grand, great grand and great-great grand babies. To all of our amazement she is maneuvering between Facebook, her games and email in under a month. Now she's asking about Skype. None of this is because she is fearless or overly dexterous. A lot of her comfort using the device is due to the ease of use. It was a great match for NanaGram Mac!

I bought this to replace my iPad 2 that was dying a slow techno death. Its lightweight; the screen is crisp, clear, and bright; and things transferred from my phone to my tablet by signing into my Google play account. I'm glad I left apple (it's boring to me, but to each his own). Samsung makes a great tablet.

I purchased this as an upgrade from my iPad that I received as a birthday present 4 years ago. Money well spent. I've been a Samsung Galaxy user since my Note 2. Just the ease of use, being able to adjust my settings, syncing my apps are just so easy. Apple can keep their tablet; I've found my new best friend.

I love Samsung products. I have a Samsung phone, a Samsung smart tv that I bought from Best Buy last year. I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7in tablet to this Samsung tablet Tab A 9.7 inch. I love the upgrade! You can't go wrong with choosing this tablet! Looks and feels great and picture is awesome.

First tablet I have ever owned. Did quiet a bit of research prior to purchasing. Debated on buying the one without the pen to save 50 bucks but glad I went with the Tab with Pen. Grandkids enjoy it as well as grandpa. Very convenient to create lists such as grocery list. Also enjoy using pen to edit photos!

I love this tablet! It's everything it says it is very pleased this product. I love that I can sync it with my phone. Has good graphics , pages load super fast would definitely recommend this product.

Samsung has always been my choice for cell phones, so I thought I'd give the Tab-A a shot, as my Motorola Xoom, was running an older android OS, and the WiFi connectivity was getting poor. The Samsung Table A wifi connection worked great, and the device is very light, making it very easy to carry around.

Easy to use. Durable and not too heavy. S pen is handy.

I purchased this tablet in May and initially had problems with the GPS. Samsung took care of the problem and I haven't had a problem since. The Galaxy Tab A is a noticeable step up from my previous tablet. The speed and the battery life are great. The tablet is sturdy and much lighter than my previous tablet.

I bought this primarily to read books but also to reference my notes while I'm speaking or presenting. The battery life is amazing. After a full day of use the battery is still at 70%, and I don't think it would have any issues making it through three days without charging. I really appreciate having my speaking notes on this device without having to worry about the battery running down when I need it the most. I had read some reviews that played up the so-called poor resolution of this device, but I have absolutely no complaints. The resolution may technically be poorer than the latest model iPad, but my eyes are fine after reading books for several hours each day on this device (using both the Kindle app and Play Books). I would highly recommend this tablet

Easy to use and effective. Works very nicely when mated with a keyboard. Operates as well as a small lap top. Plenty of computing power and expandable. I have been rooted in the Apple IOS world and find it a simple transition to this Android tablet. Would definitely recommend. Good value for the price.

I bought this tablet to replace one that died on me. My first one was the Note 2014 10.1 I'm a business owner that relies on my tablet for quotes and staying on budget for my jobs. This tablet is not made for the business side of things. It works great for messing around but it's not what I was hoping for. It'll work until the new pro tablet comes out, but for business purposes it doesn't work for me.

Love this tablet for functionality and ease. Have used both Samsung and Apple tablets and have found the Samsung tablets to be much more functional for me. Microsoft Office was already loaded on this tablet which allows the family to use this tablet like a regular computer for work and school.

My husband wanted a tablet and we both have Samsung phones so this was a no brainer for us. Very easy to use if you have a samsung smart phone already.
