Decent Tablet Overall

She likes that there isn't a huge delay between her clicking something and it coming up and that the screen is so easy to read. All of the bloatware that comes on the tablet automatically is a little annoying, but so far that's the only complaint.

It was important for me to have Microsoft Excel to use for work. Two Best Buy team members told me it did NOT have Excel and tried to sell me a more expensive model. I almost went for it. After going through the apps and playing around with the tablet, I found Excel came with this model. I was sold. I haven't had any problems. I use it for email, browsing the internet, streaming on Netflix & Hulu, YouTube, Excel, Gaming. It is a great product for a great price.
