Is really good for my daughter but it’s not just for kids I can still use google and YouTube and other stuff, the video quality is poor even downloaded movies from Netflix they look dark even with the broadness all the way up, I don’t like that she can move the screen like back and exit Etc, I wish it had a block bottom like a password to exit the screen

Purchased this for my grand daughter as a Xmas gift she loves it carries it whever she goes i woukd truly reccomed this product for a toddler or a preschooler. It ' s a excellent learning tool if you want to teach your children how to read or learn to count

We liked the idea of this tablet and the price, but one big CON we didn’t consider when purchasing is that it uses a micro USB rather than a USB-C. All our other devices use USB-C and it is a pain to carry around a different charging cord. So this tablet is unfortunately always dead or near dead. Besides that, it works like any other kids tablet.

The tablet seems to function fine. We are not using the kids software. It seems to start up reasonably quick. I wonder if the silicone case will start to get loose? And yes, it is a bit slick. But, it beats spending an extra $50 on a case that might not protect it well. The screen also occasionally seems to lack some sensitivity.

Got this to keep our little one entertained and away from our phones. Kept making phone calls to 911!!

I bought this item for my step daughter and am glad I did. I would always call my girlfriend and never be able to get through because her daughter would be watching things in her phone and when I would call, she would just reject the call. Buying this item was the perfect choice.

My young son had a fire tablet but it felt very limited as far as the apps it had available and the settings. This tablet has all the android apps available and the kids mode is awesome as far as limiting my sons screen time and being able to monitor what he does. Great kids tablet!

I have two children whom love these tablets. Im happy with how it turned out. However, the casing sucks. My sons first time dropping it and the screen shatters. Otherwise, no problems. They were bought as christmas gifts. I bought my son a new one when his broke.

Downloading if faster on this tab. It also update regularly.My kids love this tab,i have to buy each of my kids. The charger should be improve anyways or the charger should changed ro the new samsung charger. Over all i give this tab a 9 out of 10.Perfect for chilren!

Its great for kids. There are times where the tablet freezes and sometimes moves slow but it definently does the job. The protector it comes with definently has extended the physical life of the tablet. The screen has cracked buuut with as many times as its been kicked, dropped and stepped on, its not as cracked as it could/should be. If it didnt freeze/move slow most times it would be a 4. If they beef up the physical aspect if the tablet and make it less damagable itnwiuld be "perfect" like instead of a gummie case make it like a otterbox case as well as use a similar design Nextel used/uses for their rugged phones for construction workers. I would be willing to pay the extra bucks for that esp if thst means an extended tablet life.

This was purchased for our soon the be three year old grandson, as expected he took to it like it was one of his appendages. Really sturdy since he will drop to the floor on a fairly regular basis. I would purchase another one without any reservations.

Hassle free online purchase. Delivered on day they said it would be. This tablet was cheaper here then anywhere else I looked. In top of my purchase of the tablet I got 6 months free protection for up to 3 pcs. Will do more purchase from best buy online.

Purchased this for our 4 year old who is still learning how to take care of his things. This tablet's had it's falls now and it holds strong! Even came with a glass screen protector already installed. Performance is solid too for a kids tablet.

I bought this for my kid, but I cannot put it down! The screen is smooth to move and play. I love the new feature of customized home menu, while other apps can be "hidden". This is a "smart" choice for kid and a perfect pair with chromecast.

My daughter loves it. I got her the free trial for Samsung kids and she loves all the books, apps, and cartoons she can have/use/watch on it. It has great picture quality, plays everything well, and she hasn't broken it yet so seems pretty durable.

I’ve owned a few fire tablets but I always felt like they were mediocre as far as performance and battery after a few months of use. Decided to give Samsung a try and even their kids software is better than the fire’s. Atleast my kids think so.
