Very disappointed. Device tends to slow down after longer use time. The rubber casing is so heavy, not ideal for kids. We have to buy a different case, beat the purpose.

I know it was a open box item but didn't come with a plug or instructions on using the unit plus the trend micro virus protection couldn'tbedownloadedon unit...totally dissatisfied

I love the product. I ordered 5, however, still waiting on two to be delivered and no communication from Best Buy. I need help finding the last shipment of the two tablets. Please call me and help me.

My son was so excited when I bought this device for him. He had it all of a month and he noticed a chip on the corner of the screen which is weird because it has the case. Now it has webbed across the entire screen and he can not see. I have tried contacting both Samsung and Best Buy about the warranty but not one person has returned a phone call.

Bought this for my god daughter's birthday. Paid an additional $110 to have it brought to the Bahamas. After 2 weeks of use. One day it stops working. It wont take charge or turn on. I cant get through to a bestbuy rep, because of this pandemic, so i am at a complete lost on this item.

Not good for kids will crack easily. Did not have a week and once ot drop it cracked

Works well but keeps dropping the mobile Hotspot connection. Looking into returning.

this device loses sound. Takes forever to light the screen etc. Over all i wish i bought something else.

No free games came with this, I should have bought a regular tablet

After not even two weeks and the charging port was ruined because of the thickness of the case that made it hard for my son to put in the charger and now he can’t use the tablet.

Kids didn’t like it and it’s more harder than having a iPads

Complete garbage. After 1 year, the touch screen no longer works. I've tried everything, including rebooting, and it still does not work. Best Buy refused to even look at the tablet for repair because I did not purchase their extended warranty.

Just bought on 6/9/20 and stop working on 7/2/20. It did not fell down or something. Juss screen went all blank. Really waste of money

This product was faulty after 2 days. Went to replace it and of course it was not available. Had to wait in the line for a while, and plus had to wait until replacement product has been delivered.

The absolute worst. My daughter Kids Tablet screen cracked. They lost the tablet and aftet exchanging told me i had to repurchase protection because its only good for one incident.

What I review I haven't got it until now iam.waiting and I dont know what's going on guy you said I will got March 26 until now iam waiting I haven't receive anything

Everything on this takes forever to load, this should be like a $40-50 tablet at best. And I have great Internet speed so its not that. Spend more money and get an iPad it’ll be well worth it

My 8 year old opened this on Christmas and the charging port on tablet is broken already. Cannot be charged or fixed. Can’t return it so I’m out of options. Would not recommend.

Didn't even have it for a month and it doesn't work. Money down the drain. That's probably why bestbuy offers 14days on a return. Most places offer 30 days.
