I use it a lot but there are some key features of Android 10 that just don't work. For instance, Default Storage location doesn't work to the external SD card.

Junk! Ive had nothing but Samsung products. This Tablet is my first and LAST electronic product from Best Buy. Two months old and brand new device DEAD! Best Buy policy: you have just TWO WEEKS for exchange or return or you're out of luck entirely! Now I remember why I haven't shopped there in years. Shouldn't have taken the chance. I won't get burned twice by them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE OF NO SO CALLED CHAT GEEK SQUAD! Only 1 star bc zero isn't an option.

This thing is as slow as molasses in the winter. I have 1gig of internet service and you'd think it would be faster, but no its not. Very disappointed.

for it having 32 gb memory it runs very slow. Lags alot. I even added more memory to free up internal storage it made no difference.

This tablet really is too slow, even for the occasional Facebook scrolling. I wouldn't recommend getting anything lower than a Galaxy Tab A7.

I purchased an open box tablet. Unfortunately someone had logged into the tablet's account previously, so the Samsung security chip basically bricked the device. I realize that this is done to prevent theft or reselling of stolen goods, but Best Buy should never sell an open box item that is essentially useless. The device needs to be reset by an official Samsung service center, just doing a 'factory reset' on the device does not unlock it from the Google account.

I was looking forward to this tab but truly is not worth the price. This tablet was not as i expected unfortunately i don't recommend this item.

This tablet can break really easily and the durability sucks I had it go to a repair shop today because the whole screen just shattered

I have bough 2 of the "older" versions of this tablet. They come with the new USB-C connection. I just bought the latest model and it has the older Micro-USB connection. They are going backwards in technology and that does not seem like a wise move. The USB C is a faster charging battery. The Samsung online help desk says I can get the new unit with the USB C version but it is almost double in price.... What he is failing to see is that the more expensive tab A is a 128GB vs this one that is 32 GB.

Overall not super impressed. I primarily bought it to cast to a TV, and it doesn't support it. It's not super fast, but not awful.

Internal memory fills up immediately with just a few photos and videos, and there is no port to expand storage with an SD card

Bought the Samsung to stream cable tv. Regularly drops App and need to reboot. I can watch more popular free video streaming Apps with less problems.

The screen is already cracked and I've only had it for 1 month. Hard to believe that it cracked at home when it's in a protector. Big loss of money.

Bought this tablet as a Christmas gift laid it on the table had it in a Shockproof case since I bought it a month ago. Took it back because screen is messed up but can’t get it replaced only had For a month Didn’t even open it until Christmas and It worked for 10 days And now can’t get it replaced. Cheap junk don’t buy. If I could give zero stars I would.

I feel like Best Buy should give better description of this product, because I would not have ordered it if I understood that tablet did not except data.

i thought i was buying this product new. This is a refurbish product, it is slow to turn on and when it do the lighting is constantly too dark, strain on my eyes. What is even worst is, it goes dim constantly, i have to keep adjusting the light. I can tell it was a fixer upper, not brand new, like my Samsung-Galaxy Tab A, (the black one) i brought last year.I have no problems with that one, and its the same one. I need my money back.

Decent tablet but found out too late that it won't work on my cellular account. It works only on wifi so it's not good for traveling.

Bought this for my son for Christmas, and ended up returning it because how slow and laggy it was. All he was doing was playing some really simple games on it.

Bought it for my daughter for the home schooling and it’s okay battery doesn’t last long and it is very slow.
