really wasnt what i expected. it gets really slow and it doesnt met the standards i wouldve want

The tablet is ok but it doesn’t have the best quality screen and it runs rather slow. Sometime I have to click a button multiple times before it works.

tablets great love it problem is they charged me twice for it and 5 days later im still trying to get it back i was told the first deduction is for authorization purposes (never heard of that before & i shop online a lot) & the 2nd deduction is made after product is picked up im being told that it was actually never taken from my account but my account shows different & 5 days later still trying to get it back its the last time i shop at best buy

Way to slowSlow samsung open box tablet. Not something i would expect from Samsung even though it maybe outdated

I bought this tablet for my 9 year old and after 10 months the charge port came loose and wouldn't charge. No one will repair this table so I bought her another one and after 5 months it stopped working as well. You can't swipe the screen to open it anymore. Don't waist your money. The price matches the product. Lesson learned.

this chair is absolute junk. Because of a medical condition my mom leans in chairs when she sits on them, usually it takes years for the chair itself to start leaning because of this, but this chair has already started leaning a lot and we haven't even had it a weak. Plus the fabric on the cushions look like very fake leather, and they're not pink, there a ugly salmon. I do not recommend this product/chair to anyone. Im hugely disappointed

Its alright. Pretty much just good for videos and web browsing, doesnt handle games too well

Had to return it. Shuts off by itself and continues to reboot. Price was right, but I will go for a more expensive product.

I barely used it for a week. The battery died and I hadn't used it since then. I charged it overnight and it will not turn back on. Thank goodness I got the coverage plan. Now to find a place open to service it......

During out of the box initial setup, tablet WIFI connect returned a "couldn't authenticate connection". Samsung software update was required. Neither the store techs or the Samsung online Help knew this. I spent many hours on both the tablet and my network router configurations in solving this. Finally connected to the internet via my cellphone mobile hotspot and updated to the Samsung Security patch level: June 1, 2019. Up and running!

I tried for 2 months to report an error in my billing account and could never get to a person. I even wrote a letter to your billing office and they never responded! Out of frustration I finally paid off my entire balance even though the interest charged was incorrect. I had set up payments electronically to avoid interest and they charged me interest anyway! Your billing dept. is dishonest and non-responsive.

I’m not keeping it because it keep turning off while I’m using it. This is my second one and I’m taking it back

I have had Galaxy tablets in the past but have migrated to Apple. In this case the price was right, and I was looking for a device to use a baby monitor with. Unfortunately I had to return it because the screen dimmed to black within about six seconds. The Best Buy clerk who processed my return said she heard that complaint several times so it may be a bug within their firmware.

Will not take chip or service not what I was looking for bb didn’t really specify in the merchandise description

I am not satisfied with the product. I havent been able to get it set up and working .I am really disgusted.

This tablet is a good price but is a bit on the slow side. Build quality of item isn't as good as that of an iPad.

I showed the employee the ipad I purchased and told her I needed a protective cover. She showed me which one to purchase; I told her it looked too big, she said it would fit. It didn't fit and I had to make another trip and return it. They asked if they could try another and I said I already found one that fits ...at Walmart for a third of the price.

I don’t like it seems like it could be a lot better touchscreen sucks Just save your money and buy Apple.

I end up returning this tablet as it was not great as I was expecting. It has a very slow processor.
