I increased the time so it wont time out and go dark, but unfortunately it didn't help. Everything else is great about it.

Unfortunately for whatever reason I cannot remote play with this device. Hopefully this gets fixed.

The gentleman was very nice and sent us a new one, but it broke so quickly after purchasing the tv. That was the only downfall I can think of!
