BUT BEST BUY RESOLVE IT REALLY QUICKLY AND SEND ME A NEW ONE AND A GEEK SQUAD DELIVERED IT TO ME PERSONALLY. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST BUY ITSELF. THE TABLET IS REALLY NICE FOR GAMES MOVIES AND SOCIAL MEDIA I REALLY RECOMMEND IT. AND ITS PRICE WISE. FOR A 10.4' TABLET AND ITS A SAMSUNG.

Nice tablet for my use

The onboard speakers are good and I use a blue tooth speaker for music. I did add a screen protector and case (type that has a fold over cover that also acts as a support to make it possible to have on a desk). Just by itself it is a slippery little devil.

Great buy for first time tablet owners

It is big enough to not lose and not too fragile to where if dropped, your mortgage is instantly down the drain. For adults, the tablet would be a great first tablet for someone who may be starting out in the mobile realm where performance, resolution, and refresh rate may not be of interest. Overall, this was a great purchase.

Samsung tabs are always better than its closest rivals but this one is the best when you take its amazing price into consideration. Dynamic sound by Dolby Atmos is a major plus. No complains at this price. This tab is perfect for everyone, from kids to seniors !
