Has worked good for me, but I quickly put grew it, could not get the s-pen to work with it and use it to draw as originally purchased for. Would recommend getting a newer/better version tablet instead

Nice and quick, but not being plain Android is really a pain. Settings are all messed up and hard to find. Lots of Samsung Apps that can not be unloaded. Nice looking screen, nice keyboard and holder options out there for this model. My Lenovo according to benchmarks is slower, but it is regular Android so I like it more.

It's a good tablet easy to use nice graphics. I enjoy using it and watching movies.

It didn't work for me since I wanted to use it for calls over an telehealth app. Didn't work. Ease of use: unless you are tech-savvy, it might take bunch of clicks. Audio quality wasn't good, tbh. And wifi capability isn't optimal either. But if you want it for simpler purposes (browsing, games) and have strong wifi, it should be ok I guess.

I Love This Tablet, It can Do it all and is compatible with Bluetooth Wireless Speakers and Wireless Bluetooth Headphones (Bluetooth Speakers and Bluetooth Headphones Sold Separately of course) I would totally recommend this Tablet if you want a Quality Tablet for this Great Price :)

Good android tablet for the price. Full HD display is bright and clear which is a plus. Surfing on the web is simple and easy. Being an android tablet you have tons of apps available in Google play store. Also this tablet has expandable micro sd slot so no worries about not having enough memory.

Too heavy Too thin Surfaces too slick which make it difficult to hold and the screen is glossy which creates annoying reflections while using tablet. Controls are non-intuitive for someone who is not a big fan of smartphones. For speakers. Hold it without thinking about where they are physically located and you're going to block one or two of them. Slow to boot. Eats between 8 to 10% of battery watching a 42 minute video or TV show. But it makes a good Netflix and Hulu player while on the treadmill. You tube? Can't get tab to display videos full screen. There's probably a way to do it but without a manual or at least a controls list and no google search results gotta watch youtube with a quarter screen window in upper left. Auto rotate is fast though, that's something. Save your money and buy an Amazon HD Fire. Course it'll die within a year (I've had two go teats up) but since they're about $100 cheaper than the samsung you'll about break even on the money you'll spend and get a better tablet too.

Since moving to Ft Collins in January I have made several purchases from this store and every time the sales people have been very helpful. Prices are good too. Geek Squad has been very helpful also. They patiently answered all my questions no matter how stupid the question.

I bought this because I wanted to give my older one to a friend for Zoom church services. Until I set up the new one, I didn't realize how much better it is. The only problem I had was transferring information. Because the old one wasn't a Samsung, the transfer didn't work.

Bought it for my teenager and she uses it a lot and enjoys the bigger screen
