Not born yesterday

The tablet arrived late, when it did arrive it was packaged in a plastic bag with no padding and no packing of any kind. Not even an invoice. The box was sealed with the plastic stickers. When I remove the stickers and open the box I discovered that the tablet had arrived with no dust cover and fingerprints on the back of the tablet upon closer inspection I discovered that the tablet was bowed in the center. Since the box was sealed they clearly sent me a refurbished tablet.Since the tablet is damaged and not what I ordered I was unable to use it so I cannot tell you if the quality of the product is any good or not so I will be giving poor ratings across the board. This is completely unacceptable. Poor shipping practices and shady product sales.I will now have to return the tablet to a store location which I was trying to avoid in the first place. I will never order online from Best buy again.
